Prilosec

Can we take prilosec? Dr at Er told me yesterday to take it for my stomach issues. Truied calling columbia no one has called me back.

Deb you should be able to take Prilosec, at the pre-op class on monday they told Susan to start taking Prilosec and take it for at least 6mo after surgery.  Hope that helps.

Thanks Andy. I knew after our surgery we had to take pepcid complete for 6 months, But wasn't sure if they were pretty much the same.But i took one tonight anyways, Somethings gotta give here LOL.I bet Susan and you are very excited,The 17th will be here real soon,I have an appt at the university for 8:40 that day for a cat scan,Hopefully thy will let me see her andyou both before she goes into surgery,Would be really nice to neet you in real life.You both sound like very careing and loveable people. It would be a blessing to meet the both of you.Give Susan a big ole pooh hug for me and hope i see you both real soon

We'll be there between 8:30am and 9am so be sure to stop by if ya can, would be great meet ya both, we'll up on the 2nd floor surgery check in.  Her actually surgery time isnt until 12pm but we want to go ahead and get there early so we can meet y'all and maybe just maybe they will take her in early, never know i guess.  Hope the prilosec worked for ya.

we will come up and see,ya'll .Will be great to meet the both of you. And the prilosec isn't working.Nothing is at this time. I tried eating soup today it was a no go. So Gail bought me some boullion(sp) cubes.I will try those after while. But kinda scared of all the sodium .I have 13lbs of fluid on me already LOL.Look like a pregnant hop toad LOL.
