I wanted to say hello to all my friends havent been on the boards much.  My life has been stressful lately and I had a few sick weeks.  Anyway.  I wanted to say hello to everyone and to ask that you keep my husband, Monty and I in your thoughts his father passed away on Monday very suddenly and this has been a really hard week for all of us.  The funeral is Friday.  I have eaten foods I said I would never eat again, I really know now I was and still am a stress eater.  Just wanted to let everyone know about me.  Also I forgot my life is stressed because I deal with the stock market everyday.  Dont throw anything at me.  Thanks for listening.  Love, Raynetta

Raynetta....

I am so sorry to hear you are having such a rough time right now.  Besides all the stress and then to lose your father in law.  Don't worry about the eating....those of us who are emotional eaters understand.  You will get it back together, don't beat yourself up over this.  Just focus on getting through the next couple of days and now that you have recognized your eating pattern, you will start making better choices.  We are here and we understand.

Wow on working with the stock market....even in good times, that is stressful enough!

Love ya,
Peggy

I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers for your family are going up. As for the stock market, I wish I had never heard of it. It has devistated the retirement of so many people. I guess we will all be working forever. Try not to let it affect you, easier said than done. What goes up must come down but I think the markets will regain some in the next few years.(after it hits bottom) Hang in there.

Geez, I don't know what to say.  I'm so sorry for your family's loss.  I'm sure work must be tough right now as well.  I'm sure there are a lot of demands on you right now so don't forget to take care of yourself as well.  Try and squeeze some time in just for you.

Lots of Hugs,

Deb C

Life is all about finding the right balance.  It gets really hard when both work and home life are equally stressed.  This past year I lost my father suddenly and my mother in law after a long bout with cancer.  My dad was 59 and mother in law was 70.  I know it doesn't help right now, but time is really the only thing that makes it better.  What helped me greatly was a website called Griefshare.com  they send out a daily email with bible scriptures in it.  It was uncanny how I would be feeling one day- sign onto the computer and have my exact thoughts displayed with an explanation of why I was feeling that way.  I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Cheri

ps.  are you my best friend from the third grade?

I am so sorry I wish you could have called me .  I didn't know untill Angie told me Fri night at the Hospital.  I would have come if it was around here. But I know how it is when something like this happens you really just aren't up to calling talking or much of anything .  I will give you a call I love you and you hang in there .  You guys are in my prayers tell Monty and his family I am so sorry .

We got to make plans to get together.  I will not be able to be at meeting this mnt. I am flying down to Houston Tx. and my niece is picking me up there and and then she lies in Lake Charles , Lo can't wait to see her new little baby boy he looks just like my son did at 2mnts in his 2 mnts picture he is so cute.
