Goal Question?

I am a little confused on the goal... My surgeon's goal is 170. He told me that he thinks the surgery will help me get down to 170 from 324. My question is my personal goal is 145. So, I was wondering should I be looking into a plastric surgeon when I reach the 170? I have a lot of BOOBS and stomach. I was a FF and now (barely) DD. There is alot of skin and they are sagging pretty good. I have rashs from the stomach area, so I am thinking I should be able to get a Panni. I would like my boobs and panni done at the same time. I have Medicare and Medicaid and I am having a hardtime finding a dr that will take both. Does anyone know of any plastic surgeons that take both Medicare and Medicaid? I am now about 50 lbs from what my surgeon said the surgery will help me get down to. I dont want to be 145 and have 20lbs of skin taken off do i? I think that will be too thin... what do you think? 50 lbs isnt that much to go. But, I am almost 7 mnths out, so will it start to slow down now or am I just in another plateau? I think its a plateau, but not sure? Any help would be much appreciated. I looked for surgeons and couldnt find any that accept medicare...

I was told you need to wait untill your weight remains stable for several months. So untill you stop losing I would try to wait, You can't get insurance to pay for it twice so you might as well wait and get it done right after you finish losing.
