I found this protein drink at cosco, it cost 23.00 for an 18 pk of 11oz drinks, they are a lifesavor for me, seriously the only protein i've found that doesn't make me feel sick, just wondering if this sounds like a good supplement to you, it isn't all "whey" protein, does this really make a difference?   thanks and the ingredients listed below. Please let me know what you all think.  thanks

i really dont know but i have read that the only protein that we really utilize is the whey protein isolates....so i dont know .... also isnt it rather expensive? do you do one drink a day?does have a lot of vits in it which is good. maybe ask your nut. ...i have never had a problem and have used the same protein powder that i started with before surgery...  ON 100% whey protein isolates Gold Standard.... i pay 38 dollars for a 5 pound jug which always last me about a month and a half..
let me know what your nut. says ok?
