Had my 4 month follow up today

  Doing my Happy dance!!  I can not believe I am actually 4 months out already!!!  I weighed in a 182 lbs!!!  That is just one pound short of 80 lbs. down already!!  I also had to go shopping again - I made it into a size 12 ( and they are not even tight )  It has been almost 33 years since I wore a size 12!!
           Also I wanted to thank everyone here on the forum.  I know I do not post very often, but I do read more often than I post.  I have gotten so much support and answers to questions I have had from here.   I was even giving out the info about this site yesterday at Dr. H's office to a few of his newer patients.  I had taken my weightloss pics for him to see and I was showing it to them when they asked about my weightloss.  I told them that the best thing they could do would be to sign up and join the forum.

good to see you again Tammy.... congradulations on the weight loss that is a really great amount to lose...keep posting so we will know how you are doing. welcome back.
