WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

I may not be getting the required vitamins myself but I do know I am getting more than I used to. I never ate right before or took vitamins. I guess I will have to up my intake of vitamins. I have the iron but rarely take it. I eat meat and feel ok. Maybe I can get a better idea when I see the doc next month. The one I see here thinks I am ok with what I am doing.
I hope the weather doesn't scare everyone off for the Beautiful Butterfly Family meeting tomorrow. If the worse were to happen I have plenty of room and extra beds. I do not think we will get more than a dusting. The roads are still to warm for it to stick and they plow pretty fast on the state roads. I will be surprised if we get anything.  I will be eating shrimp for a week or two if no one shows up.

I am back to playing with three pounds up one day down the next. Its back and forth. I will be glad when they are gone but at least I am making progress. I know I should be happy  with what I have lost so far but........I guess I always want more. I just need patience.

Third grade almost killed me today. They had scheduled a pajama party. What a day for the teacher to be out. The kids were so wound up. I survived it in one piece though. I do enjoy the kids. I hope I am not too mean to them. It seems all I do is say stop talking and sit down or you will lose recess.

I Lou Rios am the vitamin queen.  LOL  I take so many vitamins its insane.  I tought I might cut out the ones not perscribed but then I got my labs back and everything was perfect so I guess I better keep on keeping on, ya know?  I take 3 celebrate multi vits, 4 citrical petites, 1 super b complex, 3 biotin, 4 aloe vera, 1 iron plus c from celebrate, 4 pepcid ac, 1 zinc, 1 b12 shot a month and I think that's it.  I know it sounds crazy but its working so I'm going to stick with it, even though it gets old really fast taking all of these.  I'm having trouble with my water.  I know I don't get enought, I'm about 20-30 ozs short a day.  Some days I get all of it but there just aren't enough hours in the day to eat everything that is required, take all these vitamins, work, workout, and have kids.  I need the days to be longer.  I hope everyone has a great weekend. ;) Lou

Hey Everyone,

Was a pretty nice day today, was a *****illy but still not to bad. Spose to snow tonight how dare them let it snow after we've had weather in the 60's and 70's.  I guess the good thing about it snowing now is that it wont be around long and I'm sure the roads wont get to bad since they are warmish.  As long as it dont mess with us driving on sunday afternoon.  Since we have to be at Susans appointment in Columbia at 7:30am on Monday morning we are gonna go about halfway to the other side of Lebanon, the pastor of our church lives there and wants us to stay with him the night so we'll stay there then get up and leave fairly early so we can get her to Columbia then Monday night we are so lucky and blessed to be able to stay with Bec She is such a blessing to put us up for the night, then on tuesday Susan has more appointments and we'll head home late that afternoon, we'd stay tuesday night to but we have a few things that have to get done on wed.  Gonna be a busy week but will so be worth it.

Jan I just figured going on the liquids with Susan would help her out, we never had to do that, thank goodness, it will do me some good too and help me get some more weight off.  No worries about not walking with me, I completely understand, your pretty busy in the yard and garden anyway.  Let me know when ya get ready to work on the veggie garden, we'll get out there and help get it done, i know its gonna be alot of work but will be so rewarding.  

Peggy I know just what ya mean about Bec being such a great hostess, when we stayed the night with her and Paul we felt like a king and queen, she is an angel from heaven.  We are really looking forward to staying with her and Paul monday night.

Well Im gonna get this posted and go watch a lil tv for a bit.  Hope everyone stays warm tomorrow in the snow.  Have a great weekend.

Oh My Goodness... You all are most precious and way too sweet in your compliments of me... I told Debbie Darl'n today and I mean this so sincerely that if any good thing comes from me it sure is the Lord's doings in spite of me! And He deserves every bit of praise for sure!

I must say I am the honored one in all of this... it thrills my very soul to have had so many of you visit me!!!

I simply had a joyous day with Peggy Poo yesterday!!! I am still riding on a cloud of thankfulness!!!  I mean that whole heartedly!!!  She was such an incredible blessing to me!!!  I think we broke a record wagging our tongue's for 10 1/2 hours strait!  We never had a silent moment it seemed.  I know for sure the Lord sent her and the Holy Spirit worked thru her!!! A true "kindred spirit"!!! She was way too complimentary that's certain... I was the blessed one for sure!!!! I could have kept her for simply days and days and days!!!

And.... she brought me the most beautiful dish she made in her glass melting class... I will certainly treasure it!!!! ...and it was even my colors and she did not know it!!! Now isn't that just the way the Lord works! 

I was so proud of her she was a trooper on that walk! Her little legs had to work twice as hard as mine I think... that's the way I feel when I walk with Paul... his stride is unbeatable for sure.

It has been a week of blessings for me... with getting to meet Sandy (such a treat) and then Peggy coming and now Monday Andy and Susan... I'm just blessed all over more than any place else!!!!

I have to share another blessing with you all without going into alot of detail... One of the bills I had from surgery was $1600+ and the insurance was not going to pay it... well I found out this week that they covered it 100%!!!  I still have one more major hurdle to climb concerning the insurance but...  Praise the Lord He is so faithful!!! 

Then Paul found out he will get a $1200 bonus!!! I can't even tell you what a blessing that is at this time!!! 

Mimi ~ Peggy asked me if I wanted to come with her when she comes to see you... oh boy!!!! would that be simply THE BEST!!!!  I will have to get Andy to take me for a walk to the lake! I would enjoy that so much! I love the water!!!  When is the best "showing"???? ~tee hee  I love the tulips and Iris's    ...and I just might get to ride in those HOT wheels Miss Peggy drives!!! oh my goodness!

Well Jo will be home here shortly... I can't wait to see her!!!
