I started over....

Hello all....Just want to let everyone know that I STARTED OVER today....just like I was fresh out of surgery....Worked really hard on the water and remembering to take all the Vits....of course I only have to take them 4 times a day plus a cal/D but I add a Vit C for good measure...lol. Anyway..so far so good. Ate really slow on my soup and pudding and jello, even had a scrambled egg really soft. Going to keep this up for a few days to maybe settle my pouch down and then add a half a portion of protein powder and see how that goes...keeping fingers crossed that all go'es good this time around. If now going to change protein mix and see if that's it...its an expensive way to do things but I know that I have to get it in some how and will do what ever it takes. I sure dont want to end up in the hospital because of my stupidity and ignorance. So I hope that I get a second chance at doing this right....
I do beleive I have finally stalled...been at 155 for a few days now...but thats ok for right now...my body more than likely needs to do a little regrouping anyway....
Also just would like to say Thank you to all of you, that have sit and listen to my whineing and complaining...I couldnt have asked for better dear friends than all of you....This board sure holds the true meaning of True Friendships.....
Love and Hugs...

Cor if you are able to use the Isopure then dont worry about protein powder....Isopure has all the protei n in it that the powder does have and so no need to for the powder....
hope you figure out what is causeing your problems....you are down to 155 already????wow how small do you want to get to? i wish i was at that weight...

Thanks Jan....Yep 155lbs...I havent seen 155 in years and years...lol I have lost lost 4 sizes in 2 months time, and loving those facts....getting ready to go into a 10 before long...12's are getting very baggy and loose... Dr. wants me at 125 but I would like to see a 110-115....for my height 106 is the bottom and 118 is the high...so the middle is good for me...

Actually my weight loss is better than that ticker showed, I hope it comes out right on this one.  But I only lost 13 lbs in th last month.  seems awful slow to me.  Oh well, at least this I wont gain back!

I've not  had any  problems unless I eat too much, sometimes it is hard to  tell when I am full until it is too late.

Anyway, we're all pulling for your grouchy little pouchy to behave!

Hugs,

Cor....

I am so thankful you took control of this as you did!  Big decision to start over and I think you will be grateful in the long run.  Just take it slow and reteach that little bugger who is in charge.  We are all so proud of you...

Have a great trip to see mom!
