Hello

Just wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone.  You guys have been on my mind lately.  I am doing pretty good.  Hope everyone is doing well also.

wyow Susan look at  yiou , i had to go to your profile and read to make sure you were who i thought you were. how you doing on your weight loss? hope all is well .

You know not to long ago I was at my Doc's office and was talking to a woman for over 15mins before she realized who I was, lol! 

I havent been able to lose any weight in over 6 months, but I havent gained either.  So far I have lost 145lbs!

I know its my fault because I dont do what I am supposed to.   I havent had to use my wheel chair in over a year!  That is amazing to me, I never thought that would ever happen.  I still have back problems but nothing compared to what it used to be. 

I really would like to start doing what I am supposed to be doing for aftercare.  There is so much support here to get back on track. 

I am looking forward to seeing those pictures of your beautiful flowers again soon, spring cant come soon enough!!

Hey girly....was shocked to see you on the board...Ive not got to be on much due to not haveing my internet back fully since the ice storm but just got dsl and wanted to get on and see how things were going on the board and there you were lol lol.....You look terrific!!!! So awesome to see you! You look FANTASTIC!!!!  Im so glad to hear about the wheelchair and glad the back is doing somewhat better!
