Eatin' Good Monday.....Nice day, good friends
Outta bed....NO COFFEE! I had a doc appointment and wanted to make sure that my bp wouldn't be high from the caffeine. She also drew blood.
Lunch....quiche w/a tiny bit of salad. Shared a dessert BUT holy cow was it decadent!
Snack....protein bar
Dinner....I made sweet and sour chicken so I had some chicken and a little bit of the sauce.
Water is pretty good and vits are ok. Just a crazy day and tomorrow is just as crazy. Have another test in the morning then I'm going to try to go to the farm and work.

Hello everyone,,,,hope this fnds everyone happy and warm....
I just posted about my day....which really stinks!!!!!
But thought that I should post hear with everything else that I have eatten....which is usually not much...
Breakfast~ Protein Hot Choc.....Yep I dumped again.......dummy me thought that I might have been just a bad pouch day yesterday.....NOT!!!
Lunch~ A slice of Deli Turkey with some cheese....and a juice
Snack~ Deli Turkey about 2oz
Dinner~ 2 small bites of pork chops and about a 1/2c of green beans
will have a SF pudding later....starting to tolerate them better now...but still really sweet...
Water....Good Vit.....still working on them

Are you mixing the protein with milk? If you are that could be the problem. If not, you need to check the sugars in the protein. Something's wrong if it's causing you to dump. Maybe you can use half a scoop and drink it twice a day. You do seem to be eating a little more than you were, and that is a good thing.
I hope some others post on your other thread...maybe you can find out what is causing the dumping.

Nope mixing it with just plain ol' ho****er....I stopped useing milk because I thought it made the protein powder taste even sweeter....but that was at the beginning, back in Dec.
Im about ready to just say forget it....but I cant do that either!!!
Are you coming down this way?? Seen that you and Bec were meeting up...just wondering, dont mean to intrude....

I'm trying to head over to Bec on Thursday....but I really don't know what plans are yet. If I can swing it, I will try to stop and see you on the way home. But it may be late. You know what tho? We aren't that far apart....why haven't we met for something yet? We will have to plan something....maybe I can come over to 'burg when you have a day off and we can just visit. Think about it and we'll get together.

wake up with hubby 11 0z 30 gram protein drink same ol' every morn...the best I have ever found .mmm
12 0z of diet green tea
lunch 3/4 cup leftover chili...threw the rest out 2nd day of that was too much!
snack a good sized chunk of pepper jack cheese
snack again a s/f klondike ice cream bar...bad...lots of calories
dinner 1 small cornbread muffin, about 6 strawberries dipped in splenda 3 ravioli squares (sm)in spaghetti sauce
late snack protein bar plus 12 0z of diet tea. not enough fluids but vits are good and no candy today...don't know why I let myself get off track like that, the strawberries dipped in splenda are so much better than candy yummy!!!
You had a great day from the sounds of things....and strawberries sound SO good right now. I'm excited for you that maybe this stall will break and you'll be on your way again! It is such work to get all the protein in, AND the fluids, AND the vits.....but you know what? You can do it and you will! I believe it! Your attitude seems much better. Yay for you.
So.....what is the protein drink you use? So many of us have picky pouches and I think when we talk about what works it can help someone else.

Yesterday wasn't a good day,But what else is new LOL.
Outta Bed- Coffee and Creamer
Breakfast-Couple bites of oatmeal.A no go
Dinner-C of beef stew. Nasty
Supper- few bites of taters with gravy,a couple bites of chicken. Didn't stay put.
Sipped on protein drink all day,Got most of it down.Vitamines all in.

Lunch: 6oz shreded chicken w/ hot sauce
Snack: 1oz chicken w/ protien bar
Dinner: sm baked potato with 1oz cheese and shredded chicken
Snack: 2oz turkey
Water: 210oz
Vits: all good
Havent drank that much water in a LONG time. Took the dog for a long walk. Looking forward to a good Tuesday.
