Just sitting here watching ESPN and waiting for clothes to finish drying. It was a pretty good weekend as far as my food intake went. No grazing and kept my meal portions down. Also got my water intake to about 100 ozs per day. So far today I have had 2 pieces of toast and working on my 2nd cup of coffee. Jan, thanks for the invite to COF but Monday's are cub scouts with my youngest from 6:30 to 7:30. Glad to be back with OH, posting helps keep me focused on using this tool that I fought SO hard to get. Have a great Monday everyone.

if you will keep your water intake up like that and use protein smoothie shakes to help you keep from eathing things you dont need....will get more protein which you need if you are going to lose more weight and and keep you from grazing...
i think it is the one thing we all have a lot of trouble with, where do you draw the line at eating a small meal every 2 hours and grazing...???choice and planning i think
i understaqnd about the cub scouts ...does he have that every week ? maybe someone (wife) could sit in for you one monday a month so you could come once in a while to the support meetinjg...would help you a lot im sure....Jan
