WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

Bec you reminded me of the bike I tried in Az. One day while we were there I ask Joe you think I could ride Te resas bike?  Well first off it is a mountain bike and way way to tall for me. Had to get up on the porch to be able to get on it...and I had Joe holding on to the bike, I reminded myself of kids when they are learning to ride....(don’t turn loose , don’t turn loose) lol he tried but I could see his shadow and knew when he tried doing that. I did go up the road a little ways and turned around and came back but I sure was wobbly...but you have to remember it has been probably 40 years since I rode....they say you don’t forget ha ha....well maybe not how to do it but your body doesn’t remember how to balance it as well. I think I could have done it if the bike was smaller so I could have put my feet to the ground if I felt like I was going to fall but I couldn’t do that on this one. Huge bike...if I could find one like I use to ride with the wider tires and a good seat I might buy it ....dont want one of the fancy ones don’t have any idea where the brakes are or what you do with all the speeds lol ....dont want to drive a car want to ride a bike.

 

Whew im getting tired, played with the babies all evening. They can really keep you going ...i know why God doesn’t have old women to have babies. Good grief we would let them get away with everything cause it was just way too much trouble to make them behave. Lol no they are pretty good babies but just doing everything that needs to be done with them is really draining...and just when you think you have most done then you realize that they need baths. And hair washed and I gave both of them a hair cut....I am the only one that Brendan will let cut his hair and it has been awhile since he got one and Mikaelas hair needed evened up she has never had her hair trimmed  and babies hair will really grow weird until it is trimmed a couple of times. All the old baby hair that she didn’t lose was still there and lots longer than her other hair and was real real frizzy so trimmed that all even with the rest of her hair...my granddaughter said she is afraid to do it because she doesn’t know how...i told her than both of them have such curly hair that it wouldn’t be seen any way....

 

 

 

VESTA::::: where on Norfolk and Bull Shoals have they closed parks at? Come up to Forsyth and bring your trailer and camp there under the bridge they are going to have that open this spring....and it is right on the lake....or bring it down to my house and you can camp in my yard lol

Im sure we can find you some neat places somewhere.

Sounds like you are doing everything right with the seeds ....i will be glad when it quits being so very cold at night. It is really hard to keep the green house up to 70 for seeds incubation ....i have two heaters under them plus the lights In the green house on plus a heat lamp....

But they are sprouting ....

 

BEC: you and anyone else if welcome for the tulips and the iris and anyother times you want ...you know you don’t even have to ask just come on down.

I hope you aren’t sore from your fall off the bike....

 

Ive not seen that movie Fireproof yet , I guess I need to rent it and see it...everyone says it is just great....

Im telling you I think I need to get you and Peggy together and have you to come down here and help me clean. I do pretty good as long as it isn’t pretty outside and the gardens don’t need me but know that it is just a amatter of time till I start ignoring my poor house again. lol

 

 

 

SUSIE:::::: lol isn’t that madding when you plan on sleeping late and your spouse wakes you up....Joe has learned that if I happen to still be asleep when he gets up he better keep himself very quite because I get such a small amount of sleep anyway that if im asleep don’t wake me lol

Glad that you are getting things going in there ...you will make it im sure of it. Im like Peggy since we cleaned stuff out after my mom passed away I don’t want anyone having to clean up like that after me....so I have been keeping things pretty pared down and put in files ...i guess as much as you try you still will have junk ...

 

 

ANDY:::::: was pretty and sunny all day today wasn’t it? but so so cold. Brrr./// did you go walking today? Hope the tooth doesn’t hurt too badly....tooth ache pain is horrible....

 

Glad that snow didn’t last too long this morning aren’t you? Never ever got the ground even covered. And im glad...

 

So what color are you all going to make the curtatins for your living room?  Will make quite a statement since you have so many windows there.

 

 

PEGGY::::: of course it is ok to come see me and stay as long as you want to....i would love you have you and whoever comes with you.....stay two days stay as many as you would like.....Barb said you could count her in. lol  you are welcome to come any time you want to   will let you know when the Iris are in bloom or what ever ....it is really pretty at different times.

Oh boy are you going to get more pretty hair? I haven’t seen the hair that Lana give you after the beauty shop helped you with it...do you like it?

Susan I think I will send the babies over to you tomorrow and let you take them lol

I sure hope it warms up today. I am so ready for spring. My power bill is ready also. I cannot believe how high its been the last few months and it is going up in April again. You cannot live without it so you they can charge whatever they want. If I could only afford a wind turbine and solar panels so I could get off the grid. If I thought I would stay in this house forever I might have to find a way to buy them.
As usual I am running late this morning. We have early church so I am always in a rush on Sunday morning. I am working hard to get this place ready for Saturday. I can't wait to see everyone.

Boy was I ever so blessed today!!!  Sandy stopped by on her way home and we had a wonderful visit!!!! even though it had to be a short one.

She is the sweetest thing!  I could of kept her here for quite some time... I sure didn't EVEN get my visit out with her!  I sure hope she stops by again when she is not so pressed for time.  She brought me some clothes and a new flavor of Isopure that I have not had before...

She is a tiny little thing and looks so good! And I can tell she has lots of energy!  I loved to hear her laugh! I was sure blessed and was so thankful that she stopped by!  She took a picture of us together then one of me and I one of her... I think she is going to try and send them to me... or maybe she will post them...

She was so encouraging to me as all I can see in myself if fat! fat! fat!  She made me feel a bit better about my situation....

Now it's time to get out there and walk before Paul has to get up and go to work... I have his supper ready except for putting it in the oven....

The sun is shining so beautifully but it is a bit cold...

I am anxious to hear all Janet has to say about Miss McKenzie...and pray Megan is recuperating well.

Boy I just feel extra blessed today to have met yet another "kindred spirit!"

I too was so blessed to have met Bec!  When do we stop seeing ourselves as fat?  I do not see myself as little or skinny - Bec you make me blush!  She looks great - even if she doesn't see it.  Her home is so beautiful!!!

Got home safe and sound so to speak.  I really had a wonderful time in Spf with my grandkids and then got to visit a bit with my neice & her hubby & see their new home and dog. 

I am wore out.  The drive home was so long...  Am going to try to post and send the pics I took if I can find where I packed my camera.

YAY!  I kinda had a day off today.  Its been a nice day.  Although I did have to get alot done around the house, like laundry, grocery shopping and all those things that you don't get done during the week.  We got alot done and then I had to go to the office to meet a buyer and write up a contract.  the first time home buyers or buyers that haven't owned a house in the last 3 years,  can get up to a 7500$ tax refund if they buy by April 15th.  Now I'm worn out and about to get ready for bed and looking forward for another day off.  I will see you some of you at the meeting tomorrow with my momma.  Hope everyone has a great day!
