Eatin' Good Saturday.....No possums today!!
Outta bed....coffee
Around 10....protein bar
12:30.....1 slice whole wheat bread, 1/2 slice leftover meatloaf, some wheat thins and cream cheese and SF pudding.
Dinner was pizza and chicken wings...not sitting too well.
Water was ok, need to get some more in and vits are good. I am really sore from all the moving stuff and bending over but I'll be ok. I plan on going back out this week since I could tell the animals are gone (hopefully).
How did you all do today? Besides freezing to death....yikes! Post away my friends....

Life isn't about about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
Have been busy cleaning house today... Still have bit more to do yet...
Glad the critter situation seems to be taken care of... :0)
I had three shakes today... cheese and a couple of tablespoons of sausage gravy... I made Paul biscuits and gravy.
I think these insoles are going to be great... they are KIWI Memory Soles.. they are a dual memory foam with gel supports at the heals and across the large part of the sole...just where I need it. My feet felt much better today on the walk if they would just go ahead and heal up I think it is going to be ok. I noticed on the back of the package these are a Sara Lee Household Product Go figure?
Yesterday I had a half a double cheeseburger with the top bread removed and two shakes.... some cheese of coarse and I can't remember anything else.
All water and vits good for the two days.
Well it's getting late and I'm getting tired so better get my work done and get to bed...
Good night my friend,
Bec
Looks like you had a pretty good day...are you still trying to break your stall? I knew you felt like you weren't getting anywhere but I can't remember if you had succeeded.
We'll see if the critters are truly gone....I plan on going out a couple of days this week, by myself....they may just be lying in wait.
Love ya and hope you have a great day today! Did your visitor make it ok?

Snack-protein very cherry another nanner.
Yesterday afternoon i was laying down ,statred feeling really light headed, got shaky and broke out in a cool sweat.i've been doing this quite alot lately. When it happens i grab something sweet and it soon goes away.Could it be hypoglycimia(sp)? It is like my sugar drops really low.I know i should not be eating sweets but it is only thing that will stop it.I will be talking to Dr about it the 27th when i go for followup. My heart rate is running low also. Was only 48 at drs fri.B/p was high.I don't think i'll ever get off b/p meds.Grrrrrrrr.
Hope your day has been a good one.
Sounds like you are having hypoglycemic episodes....not good. Definitely bring it up and see what he suggests. My doc wants us to go to six small meals a day when that happens. And he will probably have you try to stay away from processed and simple carbs. Complex carbs don't cause the crashes....it's tricky so you will definitely need someone to help you figure out what to do.
Funny about your rate being so slow and your bp being high. Not sure but I would mention that one, too. I know Andy had a lot of issues with his heart rate and bp, too. You may need different meds...I just don't know.
Take care and see you later tonight....
