WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY

First thing this morning we need to all remember our Meggie while she has her c-section done....we are all waiting anxiously for those first pictures of our cyber neice....we all feel like we are part of this little girls birth and of her life....congradulation Megan and Aaron and to the new grandparents Janet and Mike....new time in your lives for all of you...

We cant wait to hear all about everything....

 

Anyone planning on going to the lawn and garden show this week end? It is at the Fair Grounds...we are planning on going on Saturday....Joe has agreed to go with me . lol He doesn’t really want to but he will just say im going to sit here for awhile you go on and I will go down the next isle with you. Lol ....or he will find some place to sit and have coffee or something. So if anyone wants to meet me there to go look at things for the garden and lawn let me know and I will meet you there. ...Joe would be thrilled..

 

 

So is anyone else watching American Idol  . last night when they picked the first three I was sort of surprised  of who the public put thru...i just knew they would be putting thru that silly little crying black headed  girl  Tatianna . sure glad they didn’t ...

 

Well Friday is suppose to be a beautiful day....Thursday was too but just cold.

Then Saturday is going to be cold again. this weather is killing me...my knee and back and hips and shoulders are hurting so badly...i told Joe I was going to leave and go back to Tucson. Lol  he laughed and said yeah I bet , I cant get rid of you that easy. Lol

 

 

 

BEC::::: well it wasn’t the weight that is causeing me to need the cpap machine. I wi**** were. Then I wouldn’t need it now...but im getting ready to tell my sleep doctor that I cant use the the thing..

That is so neat that you are having company of Sandy and Peggy. Wish I could look forward to having company ...lol but no one ever wants to come way down here I guess . lol

I wish you had a place to start the seeds too. I know you would love to do that.

 

 

CRAIG:::::: wow a blast from the past so good to hear from you....my goodness I don’t know if I would recognize you or not. You need to go on your profile and put your before picture up next to your picture you have on here now. Wow what a difference in the man I met at Dr. Hs seminar what 3 years ago?  Oh on your B12 Dr. H wants us to keep the level of it high according to what most think it is suppose to be I think. You might check with them about it. have you ever given Dr. H your complete blood work ?  Glad to hear that your getting your tummy tuck...sure wish I could get the excess skin on my back taken off too....hummmm .

So why don’t  you come on more often ....I haven’t went anywhere ,Im here all the time. well im here when im not out there doing things. Lol ....i know what you mean about energy...and it seems like the more I do the more I can do ....Oh yeah you should see Sugar...you wouldn’t recognize her for sure...

MEGGIE AND JANET:::::; well today is the day....we are waiting and praying. Cant waitto hear... Janet I sure hope you get to stay with Megan. In the operating room...that is amazing. . cant wait to hear...so let us know as soon as possible. Love all of you and we are praying ....

 

 

BARB:::::: we all miss you too sweetie and so glad that you are getting better and better .

Wish you could come down and visit us...you could help me plant seeds , when they get here. ...dont know what is the delay ...they said they were shipping them on the 10^th and I still don’t have them so I emailed them today.

That is wonderful that you met the people that helped you out....Joe and I got to meet several of the people that helped him when he had his accident and one of them is still our good friend and we keep in touch with him all the time. there is a special bond with him. We both really love him ....isnt that amazing that those people were there when you needed them? God always puts people where they are needed it seems.

 

Come on down for a visit...would love to see you .

 

 

RENEE:::::: yep we are all going to be new aunts tomorrow ...lol . im glad  you will be there to take pictures for all of us... we are counting on you to get those pictures  to us ok?

Glad  you are finally getting to finally have your Christmas...at least it still feels like Christmas...and not 100 degrees lol

OK Jan wake up this is friday...lol...senior moment...lol....vesta

Yesterday wasnt to bad, was cold tho, went out for my walk and had to speed it up to keep warm then could only do one time around plus the lake trail,  i have a tooth that hurts and that cold just did it in.  Finally got all the trim for the front windows painted, didnt think I was ever gonna get them all done lol Guess I will start putting them up later on today since it's suppose to be cold out. 

Susan had her second pysh. eval done yesterday, the first one they said wasnt with the right doctor, he was a psycologist / social worker,  MoBar didnt like the social worker part and guess he didnt have the proper certificate or something, anyway she saw the same one that interviewed her for the medical card so we know its the right one.  He remembered her and used her other report plus added the right questions to it, she was only in there 30 mins or so.  He is gonna let her pick the eval up so we can take it with us to Columbia on Tuesday,  we'll go to springfield early on Monday for the group and stop by his main office there and pick it up, that way we KNOW MoBar will get it.

Jan I remember when we lived in Tulsa, OK, we'd go to the home and garden shows all the time and look and look and look, would esp love going through the homes they always had set up, the double wide module homes and all, they were always so cool to walk through.  Those shows were always so nice going through, lots of stuff to look at and buy if ya had the money lol.  You could always get some really neat ideas.  You must be wanting to go to the home and garden show today LoL Its only friday not saturday LOL silly!!   Oh that reminds me, I saw this commercial and thought of you lol One of the airlines that flies out of springfield is having a special on flights, $99 to arizona lol I told susan you watch, Jan see's that and she'll be gone til it warms up more  LOL

Bec if ya noticed Im the one posting this morning, I bopped Susan on the head instead of her boppin me  hahaha.  I guess I could let her back on so she can post lolol 

Well I'm gonna post this and maybe lay back down for a bit, its a *****illy and my bed is nice and warm  lol  Y'all have a great weekend.  Hope to see some of ya Monday at the support group.

Have to make this short this morning as I have to get my exercise out of the way and to town for some errands...

Yes Mimi... I'm ever so excited about the ladies coming.... I sure wish I could come on down there and stay a while with you! We could hike all the way to Forsythe  ~tee hee  I would dearly LOVE being by that lake!  I LOVE the water!

I had a wonderful visit with Sandy last evening when I gave her directions... she was a joy to visit with!

And am so incredibly looking forward to Miss Peggy Poo visiting as well.

Am praying this morning for sweet Kenzie's arrival and all involved!  How simply wonderful this all is!

I'm like you Mimi... I'm ready for this month to be over and on to March is sounds more like Spring.... they say it is to be unseasonably warn for some time to come I heard on the news last night... could we be so fortunate?

I want a couple of pair of biker shorts the heavy kind that is suppose to pull the moisture away from your body... and is heavy enough to hold in all this "bread dough" I seem to be acquiring... do you know where to get those?  I want them to walk in when the weather gets warmer... will wear them with a long tee shirt that covers this still rather large bootie of mine...

I wi**** were Saturday then I could stay home. I got my room finished except the closet door needs trimmed down. I have been moving stuff in. I just thought it was a big room. I have too much stuff and cannot seem to throw it away. I guess I need professional help. DH has been telling me that awhile.
I still have a lot to put in the room and its full. After I put the love seat in there it seems overstuffed. I may  have to bite the bullet and get rid of the love seat and ottoman..I had thoughts of putting a bed in there ha ha. At least my crafts are in there. I am not really gaining any extra work room so I may not start any stained glass projects for awhile.
Andy we need to have a talk about all the bopping  at your house. Do I need to give Susan a baseball bat? A Nerf bat of course.
Well overworked and under paid better get busy and out the door. Have a great day everyone.

 Hello Everyone,
 I will be leaving in about 45 minute's to head to Joplin, I'm so excited I can hardly set still. I'm waiting on Janet to text me now to let me know everything went fine, and how beautiful Kenzie is, I hope I get the text before I leave so I can let you guys all know.
 Kala and Lee came over yesterday afternoon and we spent most of our time watching old home movies. There was some really cute and funny stuff on the tapes. The girl's were going nuts because there was stuff on there they had taped being total nut case's and they didn't want anybody else to see it, Lee and I sure got some good laughs.
 I could hardly believe how huge I was on those movies. I just wanted to cry when I seen myself, and then cried tears of joy knowing I would never be like that again. Thank You God for giving me this second chance and my rny.

Jan I will do my best to get those picture's up fast as I can, and Uncle Larry will be there just in case I'm gushing to much to get the job done right.LOL
 

I better get off here and get my stuff by the door so I'll be ready when Larry gets here.

Well....I am waiting and waiting to hear about Miss Mackenzie's arrival!  As I know you all are, too!  Just praying that everything goes well....

So glad to see Barb give us an update!  Glad she is feeling better and how sweet she was to thank the people that helped her!  I'm sure that they are thankful that she is better, too.

Today is supposed to be warmer here and tomorrow is blech.  I am so ready for these temperature swings to stop.  They hurt my head so bad.  But I think I have an appointment with Shelia today, then I need to pick up my last project and then we have our last dance class tonight.  I love it so much that I hate to see it end.  But I'm sure we'll take another class.  We enjoy the other couples so much and we've learned a lot.

Tomorrow is the stinkin' farm (literally!).  I dread going but at the same time it's got to be done.  I keep telling myself that so I can get in the right frame of mind.  I wish I could wiggle my nose (like Samantha on Bewitched) and make it all go away, but it doesn't work.  Once I get her sale done I am working on cleaning my basement.  I am not going to do this to my family.  When his aunt dies, we will have to go thru the same thing again, even tho she's not quite as bad as his mom.  Then when my mom dies I will just have an auction.  She has a lot of stuff, too but most of it is collectible.  This is what we get for both of us being only children and then he is his aunt's executor, also.  Weird to talk about all of them dying, but death has been such a part of our lives the last two years that I talk about it so we don't get caught off guard by it again. 

Miss Jan, I am planning on coming to see you sometime in the spring...I want to see these gardens before it gets so hot.  I would love to make it a day trip and see some of the other sights.  So it may end up being more than just a day trip!  So I'll throw this out on the board and see if I get some fellow travelers and we'll come and drive Joe nuts!  Can't wait to see your little piece of heaven....
