Eatin' Good Tuesday....What a big chicken
Nope....couldn't do it. Still too stinkin' chicken. Stayed home and we will go out together Sat. and hit it hard.
Outta bed.....COFFEE...nom,nom
Noon or so....leftover sausage and 2 bites of potatoes (didn't sit so well)
Snacks....banana, 3 oz cheese, 100 cal popcorn, 2 pcs dark chocolate (it's gone now)
Dinner is a lo carb wheat tortilla with turkey pepperoni and cheese, baked for about 10 minutes. Pizza fix.
Water is great and vits are right on track. How did you all do today? Everybody feeling ok? Tell me all about your day.

Sure can't say that I blame you for not going today... I would not go by myself either... the hubby would just have to go with me that's all there is to it!!!
I did a day of shakes today again ... all vits water and protein is in... I even walked twice today and weights of coarse... and spent the rest of the day reading... had more work to do but the book won out! ~ha
This evening I had 7 dogs following me... and the neighbor man rolled down his window on the way by and said something about my buddies and as he was leaving he said... "your looking good".... I thanked him and as he left I thought YEA!!!! I think I even picked up the step a little bit... These people have seen me out there day and night sometimes... it was nice for him to say that encouraging word. I was hungry tonight but now it just seemed to disappear! ~tee hee
Will go to Columbia with my sis tomorrow so will have to walk when I get back... it's to be yucky and cold tomorrow I think....

Thanks so much for letting me know that you wouldn't have gone either! I told him when he called this morning that I just couldn't do it. He kinda snickered and said it was ok.
I knew you were looking good....now you've got the neighbors noticing! Woot! Sure makes it easier to do what's gotta be done! I'm excited for you and can't wait to see your skinny sass!

I really wasn't looking good... how good can a fat girl look in sweats and a hoodie? (That's just too funny but it sure was nice of him to say it anway... they know I have been out there beating the dirt! ~tee hee
~although it was a "John Deere" hoodie... that might be what made the impression... these men around here are tractor men at heart!)
I can say this for sure... I have not "melted" away like some are so fortunate to have done... I always seem to be "required" to do it the hard way! Do you think that may be because I'm so stubborn!?!?!? ~tee hee
