Eatin' Good Monday.....Lazy day

Woke up feeling plumb yucky this morning so I didn't make it to the farm.  I will need to go tomorrow, tho, if I can convince myself the animals won't attack...lol.   Pretty bad headache all day and couldn't ever really wake up.  I have an appointment with my PCP next week, since I know my thyroid meds are off again.  They only last about 4 months and then they have to be checked.  She tries to wait 6 months but it never works.  I'm losing handfuls of hair and sleeping a lot, plus I'm really cold along with cracking toenails and the ever present weight issue, so I know what the problem is.

Outta bed....coffee

10:30 or so....oatmeal

Snacks....couple pieces of dark chocolate and a clementine

Tried to eat some leftover pork, not so good, and 2 oz of cheese.

Dinner will be grilled sausages and potato casserole.  I'll probably have a couple bites of the casserole and a sausage.

Water is ok so far, need to get another bottle in and vits are way off.  I'm also low on the protein so I'll get in what I can of both before the night is through.

How did you all do today?  Everybody feeling ok?  Talk to me....

Hi Cor....

I know that things are iffy for you right now.  Seems like you try to eat more and get whumped.  But I'm glad you are hanging in there and trying to get the necessary things in.

Didn't tell you but I am so excited that you all are going to State!  Yay for him.

Keep working on tha****er and vits....it is difficult to remember all those things and trying to get the protein in.  Makes your head spin.  Hope you feel more "on" today.

Love ya,
Peggy

Cheese, Cheese, Cheese, always Cheese.... just didn't want to fix myself anything today.

A shake, four bites of Paul's vegetable soup.

Still a vit and another shake yet tonight... is that the most dull food day you can even think of!!!!

Just a very routine day... but did get quite a bit of laundry done and the kitchen all cleaned up, even wiped down all the appliances... the dining room re~arranged and winter put away and Spring out...  all together it was a profitable day I guess... Still have another day of work tomorrow as well... I'm tired so going to get my shower and call it a night.

Sorry you had a yucky day... sure hope you feel better tomorrow... they are saying temps in the low 50's... maybe that will make you feel better?

Sweet Blessings to you dear friend.

Hello my cheesey friend  :D

I know what you mean....somedays it's just too much work to try and come up with ideas and then to cook for yourself and other people.  Then trying to do all the necessary work that has to be done everyday.  Whew....I'm pooped just hearing about your day!

I am glad that even tho your eating was routine you are still getting in all the daily requirements.  That will keep you healthier in the long run.  One day you will look back and be amazed at how dull it was and yet you kept on doing what had to be done.

I hope you have a beautiful day today, my sweetie.

Hi ornery....

You were probably thirsty because of the guilt you felt from bopping Susan for showing her amazing love for you on your birthday!

I like multi-grain cheerios...I like to eat the with NSA yogurt in place of the milk.  Kind of like a treat for me, that way.  And I really don't like milk.

I love those souffle's....especially when I can change it up and try something new.  I'm on a banana kick right now.  yummy

Hope you have a great day today, too.
