kids say the darndest things

I taught at the elementary school yesterday and it has been a while since I was there. I was in the second grade. Several of the kids asked me if I had lost weight. They said last time you were big and held their hands out wide and now you aren't. I was really surprised that they would notice. I still do not see it yet. That is except for my boobs and chin. I think I need to lose more before I will see it.I have done my measurements and yes they have shrunk but not that much. I am hopeful I will keep losing and eventually notice it myself.

50 lb.s is definetly noticeable....obviously, the kids noticed didn't they? lol  wasn't that just a great feeling? I remember going from 3 chins to 1 maybe 1.5 ...it is something that I can really tell. I think it takes a long time for our body image to catch up to out weight loss, 125 lb.s later and I  see myself as losing weight but not a gigantic amount.   Congratulations on your "wow" moment, kids can be kind or cruel, they just pop out with what they're thinking!
