Eatin Good Thursday....Nice day out

Hi everybody....I had to stay home today.  Wanted to go to the farm but (trying to be gentle) I have female issues that catch me offguard and I don't go anywhere when that happens.  Nuff said.  Frankly, I'm glad I didn't have to go.

Outta bed....coffee

Noonish....protein souffle', peanut butter/banana..could only eat half

Snacks....protein bar, pistachio crisps

Dinner....for hubby will be chicken fried chicken, some kind of potato and whatever else he wants.  My tummy is pretty upset so I don't really know what I'll do.  But he wants to go to Lowe's when he gets home so I wanted to post before I forget.

Water needs some work and vits are right on track.  How did you all do today?  Post away!

Wasnt to bad a day, Im still dumping on most anything I eat for some reason, I see Dr. Suttemoller on Feb. 24 so we'll see whats up then I guess.

Breakfast - a small omlete ate a couple bites, the rest in the fridge.

Lunch - Had a orange juice protein shake after my walk.

Snack - a few pork rinds, the one thing that doesnt make me sick

Supper - Made some homemade beef stew had a small bowl, was so good.

Water and Vitamins are all on track. Been trying to push myself with walking.

I think you have the same problem Jan had on her birthday   just kididng you

I don't like how you are struggling every time you eat, I'm glad you're going to talk to your doc.  Something's not right.  Too funny about the pork rinds!

Hope you have a great day....I think you all will miss the snow they are forecasting for up here.  They keep changing the amounts we're supposed to get.

Hello Sweet Lady!

Had three protein shakes yesterday... and that's all!

I'm tired of being stuck at this place so I just determined I was going to shake things up a bit and see if it would help so am going to try and stick to that today as well... I have a bit of a dull head ache today so that's probably from the lack of real food.  But it is bearable.

All vits, water, protein good for yesterday...

Today is Friday... are we dancing tonight? ~tee hee

Hi beautiful...you know, we are going to HAVE to have a new pic of you soon.  I'm sure you are melting away, even if your MIL couldn't tell >: [

Especially since you have changed SO much in sizes!  And don't worry, it took me 100 lbs before anybody even noticed!  Depressing and I still see that girl when I look in the mirror (sometimes).

I know you are bummed about stalling so much, especially when they last so long.  Are you at a weight you had been at sometime in the past?  Our bodies like to stop at places they've been before, especially if we had been there for a while.  Good idea at shaking it up, just don't make yourself sick.  You may have to change the exercise, too, to really confuse your body.  They adapt very well (we are fearfully and wonderfully made, you know) and if you could walk a little less and do more weights for a few days that may do it.

Hope something works for you and you bet we are dancing tonight!  Can't wait!  Especially since I have to go to the stinking farm tomorrow! blech

Wonderfully???... I'm having a bit more trouble wrapping my mind around THAT!

You are too funny!  YEA!!! on the dancing and BOO!!! on the "stinking farm" maybe if you dance "extra good" he will forget about the "farm"!!! ~tee hee  Did I just say that?  Shame on me!!!!!
