Yet another WOW moment....

Ok so all of you know that yesterday I DUMPED...right....well I guess If that wouldn't have happen......
I WOULDN'T HAVE DROPPED ANOTHER 4 POUNDS...!!!!!!! lol
So all in all I guess there was a silver lining to all of that misery!!
Also I dropped yet another pants size.....IM IN A 12!!! I almost come unglued again in the dressing room at Goodies...lol
So that now makes a full 4 sizes that I have dropped in  8 weeks and 2 days...!!! YEEEEPPPPEEEEEE!!!!
Sorry just a little excited here...lol

Hello cor i would be excited too for dropping more weight and for getting down to a small pant size.you have a right to be excited.i am getting excited too.my date to go to columbia is coming quick.i should have my surgery date that day.if you hear a big shout on feb 24 that is me.lol.have a good day susan

congradulations on the weight loss but dont get in your head to do that to loose weight, i know you wont your too smart for that....You girls make me almost envious about losing weight like you  are doing I remember when i was first out of surgery and was doing that. you are keeping track of each month with a picture and measurements arent you? it really makes you to be able to see the facts rather than still thinking you are fat...it helps your mind get the new mental picture of yourself...
isnt it wonderful that feeling o*******n you get when you get into a size that you never thought you would be in again or ever.....take care and watch those nasty ole bad carbs in anything WHITE....

And NO Jan...I dont beleive that I will purposely do the DUMPING thing!!! I loved the fact that I got rid of alot of un-need stuff...but not at the cost of feeling like that again...lol
