Howdy Ya'll!!!

How is everyone?  I know it has been forever since I have been on here.  The past few months have been crazy.   Being prenant after bypass is so totally different than before.  (or maybe I'm just so much older it is that different)  Things have been good work just drains me, but working at an elementary school can drain anyone. lol    I am starting to show and I am steadily gaining weight. not too much though.  I now weigh 112.  I feel like I am constantly eating and drinking.   Gotta get that protein in!!!!   Any way I hope everyone is doing good and I will try to stay in touch more often.    Oh. btw.... We found out Friday that we are going to have another girl(Isabella).  So she will be #3!   TTYL,  Layla

First of all congrats on the new baby, Isabella!  When is she due?  Are her big sisters excited?  Glad to hear that you're doing well and not gaining too much weight.  What kind of work do you do at the elementary school?  I started substitute teaching about a year ago.  I sub at all grades and so far have enjoyed it.  There have been times though that it is very frustrating.

We are due July 1st, but it is a planned c-section, so it will be about a week early.    I am a para.    I float between kindergarten and third grade with the reading program. I work with small groups working on fluency, and phonics.  I also replace the secretary during her luch break and work with the second grade in the afternoon.  I even play crossing guard in the afternoons.  Needless to say I am always on the go and pretty busy.  The best thing is that an alley seperates my back yard from the school, so I always walk to work and both of my girls are there too.  I am always off work when they are out of school.  I LOVE that!!    TTYL,  Layla
