Eatin' Good Friday....Dance Night!

Noon...leftover fajitas and protein bar
Snack...clementine
I just ate some NSA yogurt w/high protein cereal to help me not get goofy at dance class. Then we usually eat with friends afterwards.
Water is fantastic and vits are on track. And the class will be my exercise.
How did you all do today? Post away and I will check on you either later tonight or tomorrow.

Hope ya had fun at dance class last night.Nikki and I went walking yesterday after school,Went to the park.I actually got on a swing and swang{redneck word LOL} for the first time in many many years.Was fun.Going to take her again today,just hope he wind isn't as strong.Was nice yesterday but to me it felt cool with the wind sailing like it was.
Outta bed-coffee and creamer
Breakfast- egg sandwich with pepper jack melted on it.Yummy
Snack-Protein very cherry. Thank you!
Dinner-cup of chili with pepper jack
Supper- 1/2 of a brats,tablespoon tater salad
snack- s/f popsicle
I am hoping now the weight will start coming off.Gets so frustrating when the scale dosen't move or ya get on and have gained 3lbs.Makes me wanna throw em out the window.Starting to think i'm gonna be stuck at this weight.
