Feelin' the burn...I'm baaaaaaack!!!!!!

I'm feeling better. Guess what was making me feel so groggy and lethargic and depressed? Lack of exercise!!! I'll learn eventually that my life is a lot easier when I fit exercise in. I sleep better, I eat better, and just feel better all around.

So, let's try this exercise accountability post again.

Post what activities you've done to keep yourself healthy.

Today I swam for 30 minutes.  I'm so addicted to the water!

My exercise yesterday wasn't as good as I liked, we had to run a couple errands in town so I walked when I back.  Today I will up my walking and hopefully get in a full 2.5 miles. 


Im like you, when I walk I feel better, I sleep better, my eating stays on track better, yet sometimes I fight myself to get out there and walk, once im out there im good, go figure.

Andy i will soon be home and it isnt so cold now??? we will again get in our daily exercise walk maybe up it to twice a day if possible....i have walked as much as 10 miles in a day while gone so i know i can do it

It was in the 60's yesterday and suppose to be that through Tuesday, Wed. its suppose to get cold again Hope you guys make it home before then or in between the rain on Sunday and Monday.  

I've walked up to 3 miles but you know how hilly it is, Im sure I can do more if I push myself.
