Eatin' Good Thursday....I'm back, sorta

Really been out of it this week....just felt horrible.  I finally felt a little better today and managed to get out and run some errands.  But my eating is way off....and I always manage to gain weight when I'm sick....sigh.

Outta bed....coffee (warmth feels good on my chest)

10:30 or so...protein bar

Noonish....lunch w/hubby at our fav Mexican restaurant....I had fajitas mix of chicken, steak and shrimp.  No tortillas or rice, tho I did have some chips.

Snacks....banana, 1/2 oz cheese

Dinner will be 1/2 grilled panini w/ham, turkey and cheese.

Water is ok and vits are good.  We are finally talking about getting back to the gym.  It was his idea this time so we will probably do it.  He doesn't do well if I badger him.

How are you all?  I know you missed me, HA, big ol pain in the rear that I am!  So talk to me!

Breakfast: protein coffee

Lunch: 2 chicken strips

Snack: Fiber one pop tart

Supper: grilled barbecue chicken and a few tortilla chips

Vitamins are in and water is pretty darn good today.

Saw my doc for my 6 month visit. Will post another thread bout that. Eating wasn't too bad today. My nut says I need to quit doing just protein coffee for breakfast and actually eat something. She also says I can't have protein bars for lunch anymore because I need something more substantial. So I'm gonna be trying some new things. Wish me luck!

Glad your feeling better Peggy,  I think this winter weather has done a few people in, I know it has me wanting spring so bad!  Today was a pretty good day, was really nice outside, a bit coolish but still better then it has been.

Outta bed - Herbal Tea

Breakfast - Banana Protein Shake

Lunch - 2 pieces of summer sausage and a piece of cheese.

Supper - I made your enchilada casserole, added a couple things, it came out really good, was yummy.

Had about 4oz of casserole

Snack - 6 or 7 spicy pork rinds

Water and Vitamins are on track, excersise is slowly getting better.
