Apple Crisp or Peanut Butter Protein Balls?
Hi Lori: I actually got this recipe from this site. I fix these all the time and just love them! This is what I have with my coffee of a morning for breakfast.
PROTEIN BALLS 2 Cups Peanut Butter- (Jiffy or Skippy works best) 1 Cup Oatmeal (the big old fashioned oats) 1 Cup Protein powder-vanilla or chocolate (one that you like) 3/4 cup Splenda Warm peanut butter in microwave for 40 seconds, add everything else and mix well. Roll into walnut sz balls. You can either refrigerate or put in Tupperware sealed container. Each ball is 10-12 g of protein.
