Oh boy am I excited!  It for sure is time to get the ole mascot out!!!

I had my first like OH MY GOODNESS SQUEALING WOW MOMENT yesterday!

Of coarse me being me it won't be like others I have heard of...

Since it was so nice yesterday Paul and I went out to clean the garage... I have been thinking that a personal goal of mine was to be able to ride the lawn mower this year with out my stomach touching the wheel... so I went over there to the shed to see just how much furhter I had to go before I seen that goal realized... well it still was not good but not as bad either ... then Paul said, "Becky I moved the seat up so Jo could ride it"... and right away he was scrambling to get a tool and move it back.... how sad is this? I guess the look on my face was not what he thought it should be?  So he fixed it and I had met my goal but just barely... so I wasn't very excited about it... well when we came back he said if you REALLY want to "know" then try this... and he opened the door to his dump truck... I said to him ... boy you really are trying to discourage me aren't you! and he said, "Becky, just try it"... now you would have to know why he said the dump truck... I have never seen a steering wheel positioned like this truck... it's only a couple of inches off the seat... crazy crazy crazy!!!  dumbest thing I've ever seen... but any way last year we were working out picking up branches and he asked me to move the truck up and I COULDN'T I literally couldn't get behind the wheel!   I was so embarrassed  and from that time on he could barely get me in the truck let alone drive it!

But now you can guess what the WOW moment is.... OH MY GOODNESS! I FIT !!!!!!    and with a little room to spare!!!!!  I was sooooooo shocked!!!  I guess when you lose 18 inches in your waste and hips it WILL make a diff... if I could of (no batteries) I would of been driving that dump truck around the field like a mad woman!!! I was laughing and squealing and bouncing up and down till I hit my had on the roof for pete sake!!!  It was simply WONDERFUL!!!! I'm only half way in my weight loss but boy oh boy did it let me know I had made some major progress!!!!

I have had other small things like getting into some clothes I could not wear before and such as that... but I guess it took something this drastic and embarrassing to thump me in the head!

Paul was even laughing with me... I think he was more tickled at me than at what had actually happened... it has been some times since he has seen me truly excited about something... I seem to be struggling so strongly with all these hormones or what ever the past six weeks that I really needed something to shake me up a bit.

Anyway there you have it as embarrassing  as it was for me to admit and tell... and so sad it took a whole 70+ lbs (and I'm only half way) to get to this place I was simply OVER THE TOP WOW'D!

I sure hope this gives others that are struggling with stalls and other issues hope that if you keep up the fight, be diligent, consistent and follow the rules .... it will happen for you as well!

Suz..

That's too funny ... that tube sticking to your bottom would of happened to me...

I went on a float trip once and everybody else was floating and I would have to get up and carry my tube because by bottom would get hung up on the rocks... very embarrassing!

Isn't there always "lot's of people around" when that embarrassing stuff happens?

No not really I can't "see" it but there was no denying what happened and we both knew before I was wedged in there like a wedge in wood when you split it oooooooh so tight!

In some little ways I can see a little change but I still see fat fat fat and more fat when I see myself!

I'm trying to be hopeful though...

Bec,

I have to tell you that I can just see you squealing and "jumping" up and bumping your head on the ceiling of that truck!    You are such a hoot!  I'm so glad you had a GREAT WOW MOMENT and you shared it with us!  I can just see Paul smiling too!

Hope you don't mind but I had to share your story with my dh.  He said you have the most contagious giggle that he's heard in years!  I have to agree!  Remember, as he said a few months ago...."You're going to be "drop dead" gorgeous!  Of course, we already think you're beautiful...inside and out!

Love you my friend!
