WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY I THINK????

Today we went to DeGrazia art gallery in the sun...a Arizona legend ....he was an artist, and did all sorts of and forms of art really a neat gallery, plus gardens and different things outside. It was really interesting. ...I got some really good ideas for some of my garden rooms. We walked thru several gardens and buildings, one building was a mission church called Lady of Guadalupe , made from adobe bricks and really neat. ..they still perform weddings there. It has a rock floor  and an open air ceiling and De Grazia murals on the walls.

Then we went thru his original home. Also made of adobe brick......so small and really plain.

 

After there we went to the Eclectic Café....wow great food.. and not too expensive.  Way too much food but great tasting I ate all I could brought the rest of it home, ate supper from it and gave the rest to Joe ...if I hadn’t given it to joe I could have at at least another meal and maybe 2 more ...lol so that was good amount of food for the money. /

 

We then took Joe home and Teresa and I went back shopping for some pretty colorful flowers for her pots and baskets...

While we were gone Joe was cleaning on the bike in the yard and he saw a bobcat in Teresas yard. Wow. He called me on the phone all excited , said it was only a few feet from him lol ....

 

 

LOL  well what can I tell you ? I don’t know what in the world happened to the post yesterday lol . it kept jumping back and forth and I thought I had the right post on there but I guess not. It was so nutty....

I promise you all that I wasn’t drunk lol

Sometimes I think this computer is possessed. Lol

 

I hope this comes thru ok tonightlol ....if I had a party last night I don’t remember it lol I don’t remember it anyway....

Good sunday morning to all.it sure was a pretty day here yesterday.lot's of sunshine and warm air.thank's jan for sending some our way.we sure needed it to melt the rest of this snow and ice.supposed to be down to 15 degress wed night.burrrr.but after that not too bad.tomorrow is ground hog day.andy and i already prayed for the nice weather to stay around even if he see's his shadow.lol.

jan the garden;s you walked through sound's soo nice.i can just see the wheel's turning in your head with idea's for your own garden.that would be a good job for you.making over people's garden's.you do such a good job of it.

jan you better watch out all those different thing;s joe is seeing around there he might want to bring one home with you on the trike.lol.

that church you saw would be a nice place to renew your wedding vow's some time.after this year andy and i have 2 year's to go and we will be married 25 year's.i told him i would like to renew our vow's on our 25 year but he said he did it once already why do it again.lol.he love's to tease me.but i still have to smack him around time to time.lol.

jan we know you had a good time on your birthday.dont blame the computer for what you did with the post.lol.we will have to ask joe what you did when you all get home.we love you that is why we have to give you a hard time every now and then.

susie hope you have a good time at your super bowl party.you are right setting up is not too much fun.the best part is sitting there and relaxing and having fun with friend's.

pooh bear how are you doing these day's.before you know it warmer weather will be here to stay.

bec how was your day of cleaning with paul.did you have to smack him around very much?lol.your sassy way's are sure rubbing off on me and andy.lol.you are a good teacher.

have a good day everyone.we are thinking of you all and are praying for the need's of everyone.the only kind of party andy and i are going to have is a shouting party when i get my surgery date.23 day's from today we go to columbia.i got a letter from the insurance lady up there and she said they feel i would be a person who would be good for the surgery.soon as they get a ok from medicade i will get a surgery date.she said it usally take's about 3 week's to get a answer from them.we will know more on the 24.andy and are praying for sometime in march.love ya all god bless.susan

Good morning everyone.  Jan I'm with you on what day is it?  This has been the craziest week.  The tax business is in full swing and I had 60 hours by Thurs with two days in the week to go.  I don't know if I'm comming or going.  I'm so very thankful for the work though.  I'm showing a house today and then I'm parking it ( meaning my butt) on the couch and I'd like to see someone try to make me move. HA!  I got my labs back from my 3 month in Columbia, everything was great. I'm so happy, my thiame (sp?) was high, why I dont' know but they said that's nothing other than that everything was perfect.  WOOOHOOO!  I'm down to -77! YAY. I can't even believe it.  4 month post op is sneeking up on me in a few days.  I'm on my way to size 16 pants, my 18's are baggy 16 are tight but another couple of weeks and I'll slide right into those suckers. =) I hope everyone has a wondeful day!  Lou (~.~)

Boy it sounds like you are getting to see lots and lots of really neat stuff and do so much while you have been gone.  I'm so happy you are having a good time.

I have been praying for Michelle and hoping she is getting things back to normal down in her neck of the woods.  Sounds like some of those folks suffered even more than the last time... just too bad for sure.  Also sounds like you may have your work cut out for you when you get back home cleaning up all the branches that has fallen in your yard.... not to worry though it will be waiting for you when you get done having all that fun!

Have you talked to Sugar?  How is she doing?  Did she get her room all finished?

I am ready to see something grow again!  I'm going to plant some zinnas this year... I have never planted any before... can you believe that?

Well... I don't know much else.... Paul said maybe we will go out for a bike ride here soon... it is real nice out today....

I have a house full of people coming in less than half an hour. I have been super busy getting ready. I hope I have enough food for them ,its hard to tell since I do not eat much anymore. I hope everyone is warm and has power back. Have a good evening and enjoy the super bowl.
