My eating was fair but the weather was great!!!!

Outta bed.....coffee

Noonish....3 oz steak grilled onions

Snacks....2 protein bars, orange, 1/2 of one of my homemade rolls (small), and tried a couple of the easy sticky buns for tomorrow night.  They were the ends so they were mostly bread (puff pastry).

Haven't had dinner and not really hungry since I've been grazing so much.  Maybe protein shake or something.

Water is fair and vits are right on track.  Hope you all didn't overdo it today....tell me about your day!

Love you all....

Don't you dare stop posting! I'll come thump you!  Not really....but I think it helps when others see what you're doing (or not doing) since somebody may be able to help you thru the difficulties.  It also helps to see that you are doing more than you did even a week ago.  Last week you were eating like 2 cubes of cheese a day....remember?  So stay with me and you will get thru this hump and come out a winner.  It really is an encouragement...so stick with it, if you can.  I know Bec and Pooh feel like they are broken records, too.  But that's the joy of being new to this.  I think you learn from each other.

Love ya kiddo....did your boy do well?

12 pounds!  That is fantastic.  I am so excited for you...

Sounds like you're still getting sick since you didn't eat much today.  Glad you're going to talk to the doc if it continues.  I worry about so many on here...and you're just too ornery to get sick!

Have a good tomorrow!

Andy That's Fantastic!!!

12 lbs is GREAT!!!  So happy for you!  Oh isn't it wonderful what the Lord is doing for you!

It makes me think of that song we sung as a kids...

Obedience is the very best way to show that you believe... doing exactly what the Lord commands and doing it hap~ii~lee.... do you remember that one?

I can see this in force in your life so plainly... especially since you have started the Bible Study this year and have made some serious commitments...

I'm just so thrilled for you and I know the Lord is as well!

Congrats!

Sounds like you wore yourself out!  And I really don't think one doughnut was enough food for one day!  But I know you'll be back in your groove tomorrow.  If you aren't exhausted from taking care of the precious boy.  I cannot wait to be a grandma but I will have to wait for a while.  sigh.

Now I'm gonna come over there and whup on you if you don't get your water in tomorrow....you hear?  lol

Love ya and have a great day!

Oh it was a good day yesterday!

Paul and I took a new walk in the morning it was fun... that man though... he's a hoot wants to make sure he takes the way that has the least hills and I'm saying bring'em on!  For years and years and years he would be pulling me up them now even though I don't have to pull him up them he fusses the whole way... really just giving me a hard time... but it seems so funny the tables have turned...

And I was very pleased with yesterdays food tolerance... I actually had as "normal" a day as I've had yet.

After the walk I made McMuffins and I had half...

Then for supper I made myself a "real" taco salad small as it was and ate as much as I wanted (about 3/4 cup) and gave Paul the rest.... but as I looked back on the day I realized I did not have too many calories and I ate what seemed "normal" as far as type of food... not just meat and cheese. (tiny bit of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, 1/2 english muffin, eggs, ham, taco meat, sour cream.. etc. and I tolerated it all well.   Egads there is hope!

Cor don't give up.. this is not a fast process but if we be persistent and keep working at it, things will come around, it will! Today I might be back to meat and cheese but it was hope to me that I had one day that seemed "normal"!!! I know in the future there will be more!

In the afternoon Paul and I worked on the garage... it was so warm and beautiful and then I had my first truly WOW moment!!!  Oh boy was I squeeling!!!!  IT WAS FANTASTIC... will post about it later!  Even Paul was laughing with me since this WOW moment he could REALLY relate to!

Anyway got the garage as done as much we are able to at this time... will do more when the weather gets warm enough to clean out another out building...

So all in all it was a GOOD day.  But now it's another day and time for another walk.... today I'm going to put some grilled BBQ chicken quarters in the crock pot... not even hoping I can tolerate those... but if I can it will be nice.

Peggy Poo... I will be listening to hear if you shoot off those "bad words" during the game!  ~tee hee You are just too funny!  Since the Chiefs are not playing you might just be safe this year! ~ha

Those of you that are football fans have a good enjoyable time watching the game.
