Eatin' Good Friday....Dance Night!

Evening all...only have a minute but wanted to get the post started.  I know tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful.  Hope you all make the best of it!

Outta bed....coffee

Noonish....protein bar

Snacks....something extremely naughty, also popcorn and more coffee.  Oh yeah, slice of cheese.

Dinner will be after class...I'm thinking mexican.  I can always find something right on plan.  Especially after my bad snack.

Water is pretty good and vits are right on track.

How did you all do today?  I'll be back to check on you either late tonight or tomorrow morning!

Good Evening Peggy

Outta Bed-Coffe and Creamer

Breakfast- Oatmeal & Toast  took forever to eat it but i did it LOL

Snack- Nadda

Dinner- cereal

Supper- Chili dog no bun but had 10 bbq chips,Not a good choice but tomorrows another day.

Snack-nadda

Did get in 78 grams protein through protein drink today.Wasn't good tasteing but was essential.

All vitamines check,still got iron left but will get it before bed. Fluids way off really need to work on these. My Pee is funny yellow,Sorry TMI Not sure if its vitamines ,lack of water or both,So tomorrow i will be pushing water YUCK LOL.
I have never tried the unflavored protein but think it might be a good idea.

Hey you...

Good job on the protein!  But isn't this surgery such a balance?  Now you have to figure out how to eat and get the water in!  Yippee (sarcasm).

Yep, you're getting low on fluids and that's why your urine is a funny yellow plus vitamins do that to me too.  My bcompex is the worst for bright yellow!  But if you can push water for the next couple days you'll notice it straightening up. 

I'm proud of you for working so hard on all of this.  Even tho Laura (?) is gone, you know you can do it.  By the way, my friend has that cherry stuff and wants you to have it.  She can't stand it.  When I see her I'll get it and see about getting it to you...k?

Thank you and please let me know how much i'll owe you. Ok? I hink alot of my yellow has to do with the b-1 and b-1 smells bad it comes through my skin YUCK. But i know not enough water has some to do with it also.Today was a really bad day hardly any fluids at all. Maybe if i'm lucky 840cc.

Deb ya might try taking Super B Complex instead of B-1, its pretty much the same vitamin but not quite as big and doesnt smell quite as bad, it still smells but its better then the B-1.

Well it wasnt to bad of a day i guess. Just glad its warming up a bit.

Outta bed - Herbal Tea 
                   Protein Shake - This is starting to be a habit  lol

Had a lil snack about 10ish - 2 peanut butter balls and a couple slices of cheese.

Went for a walk, yeah on the ice lol it wasnt to bad tho, the sun was shining about noon so off I went.

Had another protein shake when I got back.

Snack - had almost a bag of microwave popcorn, prolly not the smartest choice.

Supper - 2 oz of pork roast cooked in the crockpot
              1/2 cup of greenbeans
              1/4 cup of brown rice

Snack -  S.F. Popcicle

Dunno what it is lately but I seem to be getting that "dump syndrome" feeling after I eat,  doesnt matter what I eat anything seems to affect me for some reason.

Peggy mexican food sounds so good, ya made me hungry for it  lol gonna have to have some mexican food soon  lol.

So did you slip and slide on your walk?  Or just crunch along?

The mexican was great....I tried a new dish..."pollo feliz" and go**** was great!  Chicken breast grilled with shrimp, onions, green peppers and mushrooms and smothered in white cheese....to DIE for!  They serve it with too much other stuff...rice, beans & tortillas.  I ate a few bites of the beans but left the rice and tortillas.  So good.

Hmmmm...the dumping worries me a little.  You may want to keep track and talk to somebody if it doesn't straighten up in a few days.  I could understand dumping on carbs but not protein.  You may just have a little bug.   Jus****ch it and if it continues you'll need to talk to somebody.

Just a average day yesterday...

Vits on track and water OK...

Sausage and string cheese both shakes of coarse... I have been mixing up my shaker bottle in the morning with two scoops of powder and then drinking 1/2 at a time... I have found a way I can really tolerate it... 1 cup milk, 2 scoops French Vanilla Protein powder and good douse of Divinci Caramel Syrup and then sometimes I fill it the rest of the way with coffee... or if not that then water.  I have been using whole milk in there I know lowfat or skim would be better but darn it I'm going to have 1 cup of WHOLE milk really only half a serving at a time... I guess it's my bit of rebellion!  Me BAD but dang it I'm just going to be bad!!! I know the sooner or later I'll see the error of my ways and go back to skim but for now it's WHOLE!!! ~ha

Walked 6 miles today... just could not seem to make myself come back inside, and did a set of weights

That's about it for the day...

Sure hope you had a wonderful time at the dance class... I just think that is the neatest!

It's ok about the "Naughty"... I'm so curious as to what it could of been... now that's naughty of me! ~tee hee

Hey beautiful....

I think of all the ways you could rebel....one cup of whole milk just doesn't seem so bad.  Especially since it's only one cup for the whole day.  We would probably get onto you if you were drinking 3 or 4 cups a day.  When you get closer to goal, you'll switch then to try and get your body to comply.  I can't stand milk so whole milk is not an issue for me.  I struggle with other things.

(Whispering)  my "naughty" involved chocolate....

But I think I danced it off...our class was small so he didn't teach a lot of new steps so we pretty much just danced instead of stopping a lot.  We were tired when we left.  But it is so much fun.

I know you are working in the garage today so I hope you don't overdo your back.  Keep drinking while you're out there and don't forget to eat!
