Wow....cannot believe that tomorrow is supposed to be 47 and Saturday should be around 55!  Course the bottom falls back out on Sunday....oh well.

Outta Bed....coffee

Noonish...pear/cranberry protein souffle'

Snacks...protein bar, teeny slice of cheddar bread

Late afternoon....3 oz leftover steak

Dinner....potato soup & slice cheddar bread

I am so full....should've known it was going to be too much.  Now I'm thirsty and ready to drink but I have to be careful.  Don't want to get sick.

Water is pretty good and vits are right on track.

How did you all do today?  Enjoy the sunshine?  I'm sure a lot of you are having to start the clean up.  I am so sorry.  Hope nobody over does it and ends up hurting themselves....so BE CAREFUL!

Talk to me peeps.  Love and hugs.

Good morning...

#1....DO NOT FEEL GUILTY!!!  That is the demon that got us all where we were before the surgery.  If you feel you overdid it, then make a note of that and learn what to do next time.  But don't give in to the guilt....it is a nasty thing that can wreck every good thing you are trying to do.

You are probably feeling full, too.  Bread has a tendancy to swell and it usually makes me hurt.  I also trigger on white carbs.  But you know, you did pretty good on the protein intake.  Yay for that.  At least it wasn't a no protein day....I've done those too.

I know you struggle with stalls...I do too.  Do you journal your food and feelings?  That may help you see what's going on.  Believe it or not, too few calories can stop weight loss just as fast as too many can.  So don't give in to the guilty, Susie.  You did fine and you'll do great today.

Have a good day at school!

Yippee for SUNSHINE!!!  Can you believe how giddy we get?  Today is supposed to good and tomorrow will be great!!! (I hope, I hope)

Way to go on losing the 5!  I hate going into the hospital since I always gain a buttload (literally!).

Looks like you're still trying to scare the stuffing out of the parrot!  Chicken livers and game hen?  Poor parrot.

Now I think it's time to shake up your eating a little to try and trick your body into losing like it should.  If you can (I know your tummy gives you fits) try to eat more protein for a day or two.  I think you might be low on total protein and it may help.  Do you track your grams?  You might be surprised how little you are actually getting.  Oh, I almost forgot...what is that protein you like and where do you get it?  I know a friend who has some and wants to give it to me and if it's what you like I'll get it for you.  k?

Love you cutie and try to enjoy whatever sunshine we get!

Good Morning Peggy Poo...

Dropped Paul off at work and went to Wal~Mart to walk yesterday and forgot the pain meds... oh my oh my on that concrete floor too!  I guess I might remember it next time... after about 5000 steps my back was screaming... but I made it all the way to 10,000 boy the little pedometer can move SLOW! ~ha

Had two shakes, a string cheese and a ham and cheese sandwich with 1/2 the bread removed... then couple of bites of  chicken pot pie filling... got in all the vits and not sure on the water...

A decent day I guess...

Not sure what today will hold in the food dept... I am not prepared so I need to be careful that I don't just do what's "easy" if you will...

Better get started it's 11:00 o'clock and I haven't done a thing yet...

Have fun cleaning out the shed... seems to be what we will doing as well tomorrow...

Will catch ya again Sunday or Monday.
