Eatin' Good Wednesday....Warmer days ahead
Come on spring....we're freezing here! Had a little difficulty today with nibbling...
Outta bed....coffee
Midmorning....slice of cheese, slice of bacon about 2/3 of protein souffle'
Snacks thru the day...protein bar, orange, 2 oz cheese and way too many saltines
Dinner...4 oz ribeye (cooked on the griddler), 2 tbsp corn and 1 slice cheddar pepper bread.
Yep, too many carbs and fat. Not sure what the problem was but just wanted to eat today. Water is good and vits are right on track.
How did you all do today...besides trying to stay warm and thinking about cleaning up ice mess? All of our whole 1/2 inch melted today. Talk to me friends...

So here's my day so far.....
Breakfast~~ Oatmeal....yuck but ate it anyway about 1/4 of a packet
Snack~~ opps missed that...
Lunch~~ Dang missed that one too
Dinner~~ Yep I ATE!! ate about 1/4 of a chicken breast (baked w/mushroom soup) a few tablespoons of peas and carrots and one small bite of roasted potato....and ya know what......DAMN THAT WAS GOOD!!! I dont feel full at all but I know better than to go get more...
It wasnt the greatest of days but better than the last few....
Water not too good yet but working on it...and Vits the same way....

Morn'n Peggy Poo
Meat and cheese ~ Meat and cheese ~ Meat and cheese!!! Oh how boring! But lots of protein I guess.
Did do double every thing in the exercise dept.
Did 10,000 steps on gazelle in the morning and 2 sets of weights and then the sun was shining so bright and beautiful that I went out and walked that much more in the afternoon.... it was so enjoyable with the pretty snow.... but I did have to get a stick and smack a young yearling that decided to charge me! coming right for the fence!!! the stinker... he did it more than once and I just smacked him with a stick every time... and he would jump back like I killed him... but the stupid thing did it again... and I smacked him AGAIN! You just gotta take "the bull by the horn" (pun intended) in matters like these and get the upper hand!!!! ~tee hee
Well on my way to my sis's to crack walnuts today...

Hope you have a great day with your sis....I HATE to crack walnuts. We always had tons of them on the farm and when mom wanted some guess who got to crack them? Yuck. Course I did get out my aggressions with the hammer...lol.
You are doing so awesome with your exercise. I wish I had half your energy. I know it's something I have to start doing and I almost go then I talk myself out of it. It's just a mindset and I know I need to do it...but I can always find an excuse. This has got to stop. And I love young know-it-alls! Glad you showed him who was boss...course it took him a few smacks to learn!

Came real close to haveing parrot stew last night,But decided the drumsticks wasn't worth it.They are kinda scrawney LOL. So just duct taped her beak shut

Breakfast- silver dollar size blueberry pancake s/f syrup,2 eggs and 1 slice bacon.
Snack- banana
Dinner- Chili/cheese/tablespoon sour cream
Snack-s/f popsicle
Supper- 1 chicken liver[Thought if parrot smelled relative cooking she might hush LOL} 1 teaspoon smashed taters.

All vitamines in/ Fluids nope.

1 sm. sliced up banana
1 scoop protein powder
all mixed up in bowl....yummy... sounds weird I know but try it!
Snack~ 1 oz peanut butter
3 saltine crackers
Lunch ~ 1/4 c. cottage cheese
small bowl potato soup
salad toppings with 2 tbls. dressing (no lettuce)
snack ~ 1/2 banana
1 oz cheese
Dinner~ small bowl chilli
1/4 sweet potato
1/4 c. cottage cheese
snack ~ 6 oz 2 % milk with 3 tsp. Ovaltine
REMEMBER EVERYONE EAT,.....EAT....EAT EVEN IF YOUR NOT HUNGRY IT'S VERY IMPORTANT YOU MUST EAT......
