Baby it;'s cold outside!!!

Hey,
This is my first winter without my insulation of fat.  OH my is it ever cold.  I run around with blankets and layer of clothes indoors and dread going outside!!!  I bought 5 different coats for all the different possible weather.....blazers for not so cold, wind breakers for windy colder days, parka for coldest windy days, furry coat for freezing weather, and long dress coat to cover legs and all.
Anyone else buying coats like crazy?

I had to get one this winter...DH bought me one for Christmas....fit really good then....now it swallows me...lol but it keeps me warm, just a little drafty...lol

I am cold a lot but my fantastic coat is to big and swallows me. I have bought another but its not as good and doesn't keep me warm enough. If I knew what size I would wind up at I would start looking now for next year. At this point and with the weather as bad as its been I think I want a real fur coat. I hope peta doesn't read this but I want to stay warm.

I can relate to wanting the fur coat.  PETA would not approve i am sure of that, but a happy alternative is to buy a fur coat used.  I have a fur lined hood on my parka that I bought used.  The sad thing is that it still encourages fur use, but I am warmer.  I guess you kind of have to take the good with the bad.  I am an animal lover, but I still eat meat too.
