Finally have news and

Have a Drs  Appointment with Dr. Scott at Depaul, anyone have any experience with him , Also any support groups on Illinois side or close on Mo. side.  I am very nervous and scared just do not know what to expect. I was wondering how much help the staff,  Nutrionist will be and will I have to learn how to eat on my own.
I have been a lerker fro a while and now I feel like I am part of the gang.    so happy to be starting with road  with all of you.     Carolyn

I had my surgery at DePaul and had Dr de le torre and Dr Scott for some other followup stuff. They are good people up there. I didnt get alot of help from the nutritionist tho! If you need anything or have questions ask for Patsy at the office. She was a life saver for alot of stuff. If you see her, tell her Sugar says hi. I am getting close to 2 years out.

Stick around and you will probably get any and all of your questions answered right here on the board.

Thanks  Mo Sugar , for the welcome, I am so looking forward to getting started, I will be around from now on , probably won't have much to contribute but probably a lot of questions.   I already know Patsy and you are right she is a great help.   am really anxious to get started.
