Eatin' Good Wednesday....Only have a minute...

Today was absolutely gorgeous and tomorrow is supposed to be even better.  But Friday.....whoa Nellie!!  So I will enjoy tomorrow and stay home Friday.  Mom is well, we had a good day today....visiting and shopping w/our guys.  Then we had an awesome dinner and my favorite show starts tonight!  Then tomorrow we go north to Plattsburg and visit more family.  Mom heads back to OK on Friday and I will spend the day recouping.  Whew....she wears me out!  But it's good to see her...

Outta bed....coffee and lots of it.

Before we hit the streets....2 inch piece of coffee cake...

About 2pm....BBQ...I had about 3 oz of beef burnt ends and 1/4 c of beans...yummy

Snacks....more stupid coffee cake and a banana.

I know I'm short on protein but I don't know that I will eat again.  My pouch is grumbly....probably the banana.  Water is pretty good and vits are on track.  But my show starts at 7 so I will come on after that and check on all of you.

By the way.... I consciously chose to eat the coffee cake instead of the mindless eating I was doing before.  So I think next weeks visit w/Shelia will be interesting.  I am learning so much and doing alot of growing.

How did you all do today?  Anybody have any ideas to help Sugar w/her late evening carb monster attacks?  For me, I can't have the stuff in the house....you've seen that with all the issues the last few weeks.

Hi ya all...Had a GREAT Day today!!! If you all remember I had set a first personal goal...and I want to hit it by my B-Day in Feb....well....Yeepppper...I hit it this morning....down 49 pounds and weigh 170.....oh man was I excited this morning...I know that Dr.H dont want us to weigh everyday....BUT...I have to...it drives me crazy if I dont...lol I know its silly but, a girls gotta do, what a girls gotta do!!!! So to celebrate I went to lunch with DD and then shopping....so here is the damage....and that means food only...not what I spent shopping...whole different subject...lol

Breakfast~~ Water
Snack~~ couple bites of ham
Lunch~~ Chinese  a sliver of salmon, a chicken on the stick, some kind of pork and crab....out of all of this...ate the salmon and a bite of chicken and a bite of pork...was scared to try anything else. It stayed down...so guess I did ok....sure didn't eat enough to pay for the buffet....lol

Water is almost in and Vits are half in...but will be in by bed....Had a great day...Not too bad for being less than 2 months out!! lol

Breakfast: protein coffee (24)

Snack: protein bar (14)

Lunch (if you can call it that): a few bites of a nasty chicken sandwich and a few doritos...eaten while I was driving back to Clinton from school. Very unsatisfying food.

Supper: My husband made spaghetti carbonara....the name sounds like it is nothing but carbs. Well, we used Barilla pasta because it has 10 grams protein. It was good, but I just can't eat pasta anymore. I had about a 1/3 cup. Fine with me.

I plan on having another protein coffee before bed (I do decaf). That should get me close to my protein goal. Fluids are low, but I'll work on that more too. I am super thirsty.

Vitamins will be all in by bedtime.
Looking forward to not going to school or work tomorrow!

Outta bed -Coffee and creamer
Breakfast- 1 egg,small peice of sausage
Dinner- 1/4 c chili   YUCK was canned kind
Supper-baked hamburger then drownded it with applesause. Makes it go down without getting stuck
 Fluids yup-Vitamines yup
Even took a small walk with Nikki of course she rode her bike LOL

Boring Boring Day for me...

Two shakes and a package of Buddig Beef and a string cheese.

Man I have to do better than that or I'll get depressed! ~tee hee

So glad you are having a good time with your momma.  Enjoy the day it is to be simply gorgeous!

Outta bed - My usual cup of herbal tea, thats becoming a morning thing I guess.

Breakfast - this morning we made a nice omelet, havnt had one in awhile.

Lunch - Cookes and cream protein shake.

Snack - 2 peanut butter protein balls.

Supper - We turned a left over beef roast into some yummy beef stew, had a small bowl of that.

Snack -  S.F. popcicle

Water and vitamins on track and went back to walking.
