why are my fingers shriveled up?

Ok I got a question???? How come my fingers are all shriveled up? I know that its cold out and I cold all the time...but...My finger tips are shriveled up like I have keep them in water too long! Why are they doing this? Does it mean something?
Ok OK I know this is strange...and I know that I can be a little strange sometimes...but its almost like my fingers are like a 80 yr old!!! they even indent and stay that way...
I thought maybe you all would know...

if you find the answer let me know mine are like that too.  dont know why cant find a reason for it..

MY daughter says that now we have skinny fingers too...that we lost the fat out of the end of our fingers...that you do have fat pads on the ends of your fingers and it is gone. lol but it sort of makes sense.

I was told I needed more fluids, ps I am freezing all the time, I still weigh quite alot, so I have "insulation"  can't figure it out.
