Eatin' Good Yesterday.....sheesh
I have decided that I need order and control in my life....if I don't have those things, then my week goes like it did last week....plumb yucky. Hubby needs to get up and go to work, I need my coffee and my time on the computer...which now includes my bible study, THEN I can go on and do the things that need to be done. If my day doesn't start that way, then watch out! I forget things, nothing gets accomplished and I walk around all day thinking "Now what was I supposed to do?". Then again, maybe this is all OLD AGE!!
Anyhoo....wanted you all to know that I do read every post (maybe a day late but I do read them!) even if I don't come back on and talk to you. I love to see how you are all doing and if anyone comes up with new ideas or if anybody is struggling. We are all here to help each other thru this journey.
Can't really remember what I ate yesterday but I'll give it a try.
Outta bed....coffee then to church for more :)
Lunch...Applebee's where we laughed like goofs w/our son and his friend, Michael, who is a young man in the class we teach. 2 BBQ chicken wings (too sweet), 1 cheeseburger slider (w/half of the bread removed), 1/2 steak tower (too much tortilla...made Oscar hurt)
Snacks....STUPID cookies, protein bar
Dinner....other half of Applebee's (except for the chicken) and 2 oz deli meat and 1 oz deli cheese.
Banana before bed....ugh
Water was great, vitamins....what vitamins? Then hubby and I played Wii for about 2 hours....my arms STILL hurt. Was fun, tho. I whipped him at boxing...and what a cardio!

HI Peggy! I don't think I can remember what I ate yesterday. I know it started with a couple slices of bacon. Wait, it's coming back to me.....
Snack: 1 gingerbread cookie from the Sunday School kids.
Lunch: chicken drumstick (no skin) , some salad, a crescent roll, a deviled egg
Couple of bites of birthday cake and ice cream (I was at a first birthday party for lunch and feeding my 14 month old)
Supper: I honestly can't remember. It can't be that great if I don't remember...
I ran out of calcium, forgot my multi and my protein......not that great of a day.
