eDeb if you dont have the pictures printed out , print them out and lay them side by side. the one in shorts standing by the ref. and the one in the light blue on your porch  lay those two side by side. and you will be able to see a lot of difference just like we can. keep up the good work you will get there believe me you will ....you are doing really well i think.....Jan

So Sorry About the mumbo jumbo writing. Lord have mercy. That was pathetic.
 What i was trying to say was i went in and fixed iot so you could see them. I hasd it set to where only peeps on my friends list could see them. Dont like the whole world having access since i had nikki and baby hunter on there. But you should be able to see them now.

Sure there is a wonderful change!  But man do I know what you mean about not being able to tell... I have lost over 70 lbs and I can't tell very much either it seems... oh a little bit but it sure seems this weight loss is sooooo slow... have to keep our heads on straight though... when have I ever lost over 70 lbs in this little of time before?  I will have to lose 100 lbs before I think I am making ground I guess...

I'm thrilled about the change because I have dumped so many health issues!  It's the best part of this whole thing!

You are looking fantastic!  Chin up, just think how much easier it will be for you to stoop over and work in your garden this year?  Good stuff!  I'm hoping and looking forward to getting on the lawn mower and my belly not touching the stirring wheel! It's a personal goal! ~ha  How many others had that goal do you think? ~tee hee

What a change, kiddo.  Your face and tummy really show it.  And so many of us understand when it feels that you can't see a difference.  I still feel so big and am shocked when I can sit in booths and sit on the tractor.  I was so big I couldn't fit on the tractor!  But lady, you have changed A LOT!  Now if we could get Bec to post a new pic w/her 70 pound loss....hint,hint.
