St. John's Account Department

 Has anyone else had problems with St. John's accounting?  And if so - how did you resolve it?

I am so peeved!  Within the same week I've received a check from them for $165 for overpayment of my account and a letter threatening to turn me over to collections for failure to pay $62 - which I have, in fact, paid.  It seems like no one has a clue what is going on over there.  Every time I talk to them they tell me it's all taken care of - and now this!

 Ahhhh.  Thank you for letting me vent.  Sometimes that's all it takes.  I found myself wanting to go right to angry-eating and being able to vent a little helped.  So, thanks for listening!

I'm sure the account stuff will get worked out.  I know where to find them...
