Well i'm a day late and a dollar short.But what else is new LOL. POsting for Peggy Poo
Outta bed-Coffee and creamer
Breakfast-Cream of wheat,Peice of toast
Snack-Clemintine
Dinner-Slimfast
Snack-another clemintine
Supper beans with ham, ate mostly the soup from them
Vitamines in and all fluids yippeeeeeeee
Now it's yur all's turn. THe good,bad or ugly, Either way we love you and tomorrow is another day.

Breakfast: scramble of egg sub, canadian bacon, swiss cheese and mushroom.
Lunch: chicken and veggie soup
Snack: protein bar
Supper: salad and one slice pizza
Vitamins all in and I got at least 54 oz of fluids, probably more, but that's all I had measured out.
I had another busy day. I drove all the way to Sedalia for my 11 a.m. class (in the snow) and then found out it was cancelled! I was a bit annoyed. So I drove all the way back home and had a little time to spend at home before I had to be at my internship.

Well Jan, fufu is the Moca Lattee you get at walmart its SF and you blend it with skim milk and ice, or you can get the international coffee in Swiss Moca and mix it with coffee, then you can top both of them with SF whipped cream or cool whip...one is hot the other frozen, I dont think I could live with out them...lol.....vesta

Lunch - 1/2 cup of chili
Snack - Protein Shake
Dinner 1 cup chili and 10 no salt crackers
Snack - S.F. popcicle and 2 protein balls
Water and vitamins on track. Well maybe, I saw Jan post that Dr. H said something about drinking to much water, I gotta ask her about that or check into that cuz I'm drinking no less then 120oz of water a day, I truly love water.
