Eatin' Good Thursday....One day at a time

Hi all....whopper of a headache tonight so this will probably be short....yeah, right.  I tend to rattle...

Outta bed....protein coffee (yep, got my protein going again)

Mid morning (ish)....Pumpkin/apple protein souffle'

Snack ....one slice of bacon, 10 mini pretzels (half a serving)

Later....more coffee and 4 GirlScout Thin Mint cookies....only(?) 4, when I wanted more (kinda like the kisses, eh Deb?)  I will kill this man for bringing them home, BUT I did limit myself (for a change)

Snack...2 oz sliced ham

Not real sure about dinner...we'll see.  Water is ok, vits are ok.  But today has been much better than the rest of the week...thank goodness.

How did you all do today?  I think this stinking cold makes us want to hibernate and that makes me want to eat.  But I'm planning on getting out tomorrow, so the temptation won't be as strong.  And DANCING starts again tomorrow!!!  Yippee..

Did better today, made a nice pot of chili in the crock pot, will be eating that for a couple days.

Outta bed - Large cup of hot herbal green tea.  Im finding herbal teas for some reason keep the swelling in my legs down, kind of odd but whatevere works right?

Breakfast - 1/2 cup of oatmeal

Lunch - 3 maple peanut butter protein balls and another cup of hot herbal tea,  i love hot tea when its cold out.

Dinner - 1 cup of homemade chili

Later on I'll prolly have a s.f. popcicle.

Water and vitamins are on track.

Hi ya Peggy....
Im soooo dang cold...I just wish I could have just stayed in be today...but that didnt happen.....bet it does tomorrow....lol
Breakfast~~ tryed to eat some Cream of Wheat.....That was a NOT
Just stuck with water and went on....
Lunch~~ Went to lunch with DH.  One scrambled egg and One peice of bacon.....Bacon was a NOT!!!  my tummy started turning and a churning, heart started beating fast.....so that will be a never again.
Wonder if Turkey bacon with do the same???
Snack~~ turkey chili with cheese
Dinner~~ Cream of chicken soup....and again that was a NOT
so I gave up...done for the day....oh well
Water is about half in and Vits are good.

So Sorry Peggy Poo about the headache... I hope it is better this morning in Jesus name!  Ok... Amen and Amen!

Missed one dose of calcium yesterday and don't think I did all that hot on the water either... I'm GOING to set that timer today! ~ha

I had meat and cheese x2 and then later a bit of chicken broccoli Alfredo with out the noodles.  Then of coarse my two shakes... I did just ok but I MUST set down and make out a weeks menu at a time so I stay focused! I should do that today so I will be ready for next week.  Oh this five meals a day is working ok but you sure have have your ducks in a row and have it all down what you are going to do and figure out the calorie count and serving sizes of each item... I guess it's like anything else it takes work, discipline, and a goodly amount of effort to see it accomplished.

Sure goes right along with the overall theme of the scriptures since the first of the year... I guess it is my chance to put into practice what I know to do...

Say I wish so I could come dancing with you all tonight!  I would stink at it but boy would it be fun! Enjoy yourselves.  My eye level only comes to my husbands mid chest...he can put his chin on the top of my head! and nearly have to bend over to do it... he is over a foot taller than me and I'm 5'7.5" ~tee hee It would be awkward dancing with him unless I could manage stilts! ~tee hee

Outta bed-Coffe & Creamer
Breakfast- 2 bites of egg,1 slice crispy bacon,2 bites of toast
Snack-Banana\Slimfast
Dinner- some roast
Supper. BBq'd pulled pork. A NO go UGGGGGGGGGG
Snack -Hot Choc 11 grams protein, 4 ritz with peanut butter

Vitamines yup, Fluids DRum roll  All in 2 days in a row. Was goonna do slimfat 3 xs a day but it just dosent keep me full so i am having one a day.KIsses are gone bye bye.They are EVIL  LOL .

Oh, I had to get out in the cold yesterday to take my 4 year old dd to preschool. Brrrr! After I picked her up we spent the afternoon cleaning her room and rearranging furniture. Then I packed all the clothes that my kids have outgrown in boxes and put the boxes in the top of dd's closet. Talk about work! It wore the girls out too because they took excellent naps!

Pre-breakfast: Protein coffee

Breakfast: I was feeling the reuben vibe still so I created what I call the reuben scramble. (2 oz. smoked ham, chopped; 1/4 cup egg sub.; scramble in pan; top with a slice of swiss. Then top with some saurkraut and 1000 island. I was afraid it would be weird, but it was sooooo yummy! Plus about 26 grams of protein! Yippee!

Lunch: 3 oz. meatloaf with one slice swiss cheese

Snack: Graham cracker with peanut butter. Cheese

Supper: 4 oz. broccoli cheese chicken

Snack: 2 cake balls.

Vitamins all in yesterday. I am not doing so well on the water though. But today I've got it measured out so it should be better.
