Pork roast

I fixed a pork roast yesterday for supper, Now i need ideas on how to use whats left so it dont go bad. It was a big roast so there is alot left .Any ideas?

I don't know what type of roast it was but could you make BBQ'd pulled pork sandwiches out of it... that sounds yum yum to me...

I always put what I have left over in a stew. We are big stew eaters around here.

I always freeze my left over pork roast.  It's really handy for all sorts of things like stew, BBQ pork sandwiches, etc.  I think it'll keep frozen for about 3 months.

How's that precious new grandson of yours?  I hope his jaundice is better.

He is just wonderful.He came home today but has to go back tomorrow to test his jaundice more and check his winkie .Poor Lil guy. But he is so precious.Went and seen him when they got home. Nikki was busting at the seams to hold him LOL/ She is very proud Aunt.

FRENCH DIPS!  Ugh we love those here.  I use whole wheat hoagies though and I only use the skinny half and make a half out of that pices.  Then I use the oij juice (sp?) and I use roast beef and any type of cheese.  I prefer provolone or havarti.  Although gotta watch the fat in them.  So I eat a small half and even if I want more I tell my gut WE ARE FULL lol.
