Eatin' Good Wednesday....(phfffft)
Stinking trail mix....I'm like you, if I buy it I will end up eating the whole bag. And as good as it tastes, it is so full of added calories and fat. But you're right, tomorrow will be better. I've tried a taste of soda since the surgery and yuck! I used to drink it like water and I am so glad that it doesn't taste good now.

Ok on to the damage....if you want to call it that!!!
First off got about 3 hours of sleep last night...I had a headache from hell....went to dr yesterday and got a B12 shot and got a instant headache....but not sure if I can say that was it....because I still have it....BUT... it could very well be the fact that I havent gotten enough water or food in....So I got us this morning and still the same....crud!!!
Now I said that i was going to start over right?? Well got the blender out and was going to make a protein Shake.....I was soo excited cause I get to put fruit in them now....well...made it...and it was a not!!!!! So I NEED HELP ON THE SHAKES PLEASE!!!! Dont know what happen....put protein in...chec**** cubes...check...little milk...check...fruit...check...NOT!!!...LOL
so as you can tell I have not had the best day....so here it is...
breakfast~~ NOT....jus****er
Lunch~~ whats that...and still on the same water
Snack~~ cheese about 2oz
Dinner~~ finally another water....and some refried beans w/salsa and cheese...
So yes I think I need to increase WATER...cause i beleive thats why I have a headache and get some protein in somewhere!!
Oh Vits are good....started Optisource...4 time a day...and 1 Calcuim
But I'm glad you see that you know you need to get some more water and protein. But I am very picky on the shakes, so don't ask me. You may need to post a separate item on the board and see if you get some suggestions. My favorite is lo carb chocolate milk w/chocolate protein and that's about it. No ice, no fruit, no water. Picky, picky, picky.
Hang in there my unboring friend (smile). And I hope you get the help you need so you'll start getting that protein down.

Protien drink and bar...52g
banana after exercise class
lunch was ...6 chkn nuggets...15g
2 sf cookies
supper was...1egg omlet with spinach and cheese...11g
a bag of pop corn
have had 64 oz of water so far and all my vitamins
I think I will cut back on my isopure in the morning and try to get a little more protien from some more meat or cheese tomorrow. Im thinking I dont need as much since Ive lost all this weight anyway. Does anyone remember the ratio for figuring what we should be taking in?

Let me know how the adding more dense protein works for you. I usually shoot for 80 grams but I don't know if my doc recommended that amount or if I found out that is the amount that works for me.
I am getting the feeling we need to do a get together soon, somewhere. There are too many of us wanting to see each other. We need hugs and laughing!
