*Any recommendations on B&B, Cabins or Resorts in MO?*
Hi Peeps-
I just wondered if anyone could or would recommend a nice, quiet place for someone to spend a couple of days away-from noise, and the hustle and bustle of it all. Mike and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in March and would like to spend a couple of days out of dodge. We usually go to Branson, but the past couple of times we have gone, its been filled with lots of activity and children, yes, even on what used to be considered the "off" season..... and we really would like to just have some peace and quiet and some bonding time. Thanks, in advance. Janet

We have stayed at the Emory Creek B & B and I cannot say enough about them. It is the best for just staying in and relaxing (although you can go out and about if you wish). The amenities are nice enough that you don't NEED to go out... the atmosphere, the food, etc. it is just lovely.
Here is the link to their website. We always stay in the Truman room. But the Rose ONeil room is lovely as well... same price for it I believe. Next time we are going to try to get the ONeil room but it is always booked when we are able to go.
Best wishes and I hope you have a relaxing time!

Anything WORTH having is WORTH working for !
If your looking for something quiet to get away too you can go a lil further past Branson into Eureka Springs, on Beaver Lake there is a few resorts that are goregous even this time of year. One in particular I wanna go to sometime with Susan, here's the link. It truly is gorgeous and they have alot of stuff in the cabins and suites for the price, for one they all have sleep number beds, so comfy. Have a look.
