Eatin' Good Thursday...How ya doin'?

Hello everybody...another busy day here but I did manage to stay home and get a whole bunch of stuff done.  Now I need to clean since the Christmas mess is done.  Why do I do so much?  I guess I just love everything about the holiday!

Outta bed...protein coffee

Lunch...Peanut butter & banana protein souffle'...this was wonderful!

Snack...protein bar & coffee

Another snack...2 oz roast beef

Dinner....2 small slices pizza...I had been good enough today I felt ok eating this...just a little full.

Water is pretty good and vits are on track.  Should be done by dinner.  Ran up & down the stair w/heavy boxes about 15 times so I'm pretty tired.  Gonna watch a little TV, finish the display cabinet and hit the hay.

How was your day peeps?  Good, bad, inbetween?  Talk away.

breakfast...protein drink and bar

snack....banana and some grapes

lunch...1/2 cup brown beans and small pc of cornbread

snack....2 pcs sf candy

supper...6 meatballs in spaghetti sauce and a small spinach salad with ranch dressing

snack...mini bag of popcorn

that is it with 80 oz of water and all the vit.

I do so much better when I know Ive got to come on here and actually print out the goods....lol

Ive got a game day/ lunch for the JOY group at church tomorrow.

GOD is my ROCK!   SUGAR

I know what you mean....if I plan on coming here and being accountable then I am conscious of what I eat.  Funny, huh?

Sounds like you did have a good day and have fun at the JOY group.  Sounds like fun!

Hi Peggy and everyone! I honestly didn't do much today. I had been busy all week so today I did a lot of nothing. I did manage to pay bills and go grocery shopping though. Tomorrow it's laundry and house cleaning, I promise.

Breakfast: Protein coffee 24 grams

Lunch: chicken soup with veggies....I prepared myself about 1/2 cup but my 14 month old insisted on sharing so I think I only ate about half of it. Not sure on the protein.

Snack: 3 cake balls. These are not wls friendly. But they were small so I don't think they did too much damage. However, I'm moving them to the freezer in the basement so they won't be so accessible.

Dinner: Protein shake....again my baby thought she needed some too. I think she drank more than I did.
I kinda dropped the ball on water and vits today. I am going to have another protein snack before bed to get closer to my goal.

Little ones are so funny....if you're eating it, then it must be good!  I know if I had tried to give my kids a protein shake they would've yakked...but if I was drinking it, then they would've wanted it!

Good idea w/the cake balls....out of sight, out of mind.

Pick up the old water & vit ball and have a great day!

Breakfast   protein coffee
2 small pieces of bacon and 1/2 of biscuit

snack  protein bar

lunch protein bar


supper   1 small grilled chicken breast and small dinner salad.
had a hard time getting in water today since riding bike but i am only short 8 oz right now so will get that before bed.
dont know why i feel so stuffed all the time anymore. and getting fluid buildup for some reason. legs and body is puffy ..will figure out some way to get more water that could be it and not much activity. sitting on the back of a bike isnt very active. lol ....oh yes got all vits in

Hi there world traveler....Ok, just a Southern traveler.  lol

You had a great day and to only be 8 oz short after sitting on the back of a trike all day isn't bad.  But I find that if I travel any amount of time I swell up like a tick.  My rings, which are huge, even hurt my hands, so I know I'm retaining.  Hopefully when you get to LA you can move around and get some of the fluid off.

By the way, ever see the movie "A Christmas Story"?  Ralphie and the BB gun?  I think of his little brother, Randy, every time you talk about how you are bundled!

Evening All....Hope this finds everyone in good spirts....I am....
Wow what a day...will go into it on the board...suspense, suspense
...
Anyway heres todays damage....if you want to call it that...why couldnt it have been this easy, without the surgery....
Breakfast~~ Crystal light sf...water....
Lunch~~ Had lunch with DH...wanted tuna salad...but they were out so settled with Bean soup....about a quarter of a bowl....more juice than beans....but got full really fast...
Snack~~ still full didnt want anything...besides toooooo busy...lol
Dinner~~ 1oz of ff cheese...yep done...
Snack~~ 2 bites of a peach yogart and cup of sf Hot choc.
Vits are in and should be at least half way done with water in a few....still not getting all 64oz in but still trying.
Got the hiccups tonight..dont know why...and one heck of a headache...but I know what that from....went to dr today....lol

You actually did pretty good today as busy as you were.  Congrats on the loss, by the way!  Hope your head is better and you got some rest.
