HI PEG GLAD YOU ARE BACK::::::

dont have any trouble till late in the day.

breakfast protein coffee

snack : protein bar

lunch:::: Protein bar again

supper ::4 little smokies and jalopenias..

then it goes nuts....1/2 apple,  atkins protein drink?  4 potatoe chips, protein bar ??? i dont know how to stop the snacking i have for the most part kept it protein but just eat too much of it i think seems like i am eating all the time ...

Hey girl....I so enjoy "talking" with you...

And I so understand about the snacking and I bet you are distracted or bored.  I've noticed that is when I lose control.  And sisnce you are trying to get ready for your trip...you have a lot going on.  But, I also know you and I know when you start your trip you'll be fine.  Especially since it is a little difficult to snack on the back of a bike!  And it is good that you kept it mostly protein, I know you struggle with even getting enough calories so I bet you're good.
