Eatin' Good Monday....Time to fess up
Outta bed.....coffee, too lazy to do the protein, need to get that started again.
Sometime after one...2 oz cheese and a protein bar
Around 4....3 tbsp chili....felt the old familiar feeling...stupid Oscar
Dinner is SUPPOSED to be roast (I cook it until it's very tender), garlic roasted potatoes and green beans. I tried a bite of the roast and it's already kicking. I may have to skip it and do a protein shake.
That's all so far....water is fair and vits are all on track. How did you all do today? Ready to help me stay on track? Post away peeps....

I just hate that for you Peggy that your having this trouble. I don't understand why some days we can eat something and the next time it makes us sick. I hope you feel better really soon!
Breakfast: 2 strips of turkey bacon and some egg beaters
Lunch: about half a cup of ham and beans
Snack 1 protein ball( my mom made them for me, she's so sweet like that) and a slice of cheese
Protein smoothie with banana and strawberries
Dinner: 1/2 whole wheat english muffin pizza with some Canadian bacon on it. OR I could go to Peggy's and have some of that yummy roast! MMmmmmm that sounds good...garlic potatos, delish!

Sure is good to see your smiling face again.I have missed you .I believe we all have. But understand family comes first. I know the feeling about oscar the grouch being in charge. But it sure is getting old fast for me.

Supper-tried soup was a no go.
Tried banana- nope oscar didnt like it either.
Have had about 6 ozs maybe 8 if lucky of fluids most was to take meds with. I have had my share of meds today though, pain pills and more pain pills. When Natalie called she said stop the pepcid and take proilosec, Thank goodness i had some samples. One to be exact . So took it and will see what they find tomorrow. Are scopes painful? I am sick of pain.If i could have this surgery reversed id do it in a heart beat. Yes i sam feeling sorry for Debbie and haveing my own pitty party LOL. I am just tired of it all. And yes i read and researched this surgery for 6 yrs before i decided to do it, But guess i should of reserched and read more. Maybe things will change but for now i am very frustrated,

LOL wecome back girly. Hope your in a better mood or at least get there???? Dont know why I get so excited about this post....I know that when Ms. Jan see this shes gonna get me...but dont know what else to do but keep trying...
Breakfast....WHATS THAT...LOL actually it was water...
Snack...one cube of cheese...you know the ones that you buy already cubed....those are great, and just the right size for me
Lunch...two baby spoons of baked potatoe...had to get a client some lunch at Captain D's....GOD I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE A BIG PEICE OF FISH...FRYS...HUSHPUPPYS....year right....you couldnt pay me to eat that stuff again...anyway she wanted me to get something so got a tater...guess she thought i would eat it all too...not!!
Snack....slice of cheese....can you tell cheese is my best friend right now...lol probably whats binding me.....dang never thought about that till now....crud!!
Dinner.....Have not gotten that far yet...more than likely nothing...but maybe some soup...I'm sooooo cold.
Got half Vits in and water...we thats another story...still working on it...but the good news is....Im not orange anymore...lol I Know I know ...way too much information....

So you're still working on water? How many ounces are you getting in? Try to work a few more in everyday and pretty soon it will be second nature. You will get there and I'm glad you're working so hard on you protein. Do you do shakes or drinks, too?

Breakfast...protien bar and isopure= 52gr
lunch...6 chicken nuggets= 15gr
snack...2 sf cookies and about 6 grapes
supper....1 egg omlet with cheeses, bacon and ham = 15 gr
snack...mini bag of micro wave popcorn TOTAL = 82 gr
so far, 80 oz water and all the vitamins
Ive had a pretty good day and not alot of junk, which I had been doing more and more of lately...trying to quit that bad habit

I know what you mean, way too easy to eat the junk....I'm with ya on breaking that habit. I know we can do it, we've done it before.
