WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY
Hey Andy I did what you suggested again about the editor on the Oh board and it didn’t make any difference. If I bring my computer to you on Saturday do you think you can sit down and try to figure it out...I wrote to Oh and they said this and that , well I did what they said and it didn’t make a bit of difference at all . so I don’t know what to do next...anyway we may go to see Michele on Saturday so you could have my laptop to do the work on it to see if you can get that editor to work on it. ...
Well New Years day came and went without much fan fare...Joe finally got the end of the rental house cabinet closed up...there was about a 9 inch area that was under the end of the counter top and rather than cut off the counter top he build a shelf unit there to close it in. he says it looks cute. I haven’t went over to see it yet...
Susan good luck on your Psych visit today. Hope they don’t fine out how goofy you really are lol ...no you know I don’t really think that now don’t you:? So did you get all your Christmas decorations put up? Im glad that you have family support of Andys family any way...and you have all of us to support you. I cant wait for you to get to talk to your surgeon again...if everything goes like it has gone so far so fast that I bet you have surgery by the end of Feb lol ...go Susan go girl go...
Andy I love the idea of the reading the Bible in a year. Lol When I posted this about a week ago I got no response but that is well since I probably don’t have the time to do it justice especially a year undertaking. Thanks again I read my daily reading and wanted to do the next days reading but didn’t. and went back over todays read two more times so I would know exactly what I was reading and to be aware of anything that God wanted to teach me about these passages.

SUSIE::::::: well did you get a new car? What kind did you get. Joe and I keep thinking about getting a new truck , now would be the time to get it for the low prices but then we think, we have this one paid for , and there isn’t anything really wrong with it. We take it in once a year for a general check up and fix anything they find right then, like a belt that looks weak or things like that. Anyway if we bought something we would have a payment and don’t want that lol ..
So how much have you lost now? Did the Wii fit quit telling you that you weren’t doing right. Lol hope you make you first goal soon , just keep working at it. It isn’t a magic surgery that doesn’t require work. It is still work to lose each and every pound the only thing is that it is maybe a little easier and it is a wonderful tool that will always be there for you.

LOU:::::::: lol im so glad that your (nut) agrees with me about more protein and more H20 it is almost a given that if you feel tired or are not losing weight like you want , if you will do those two things you will start losing weight. I just have a hard time getting mine higher lol.....i get in about 90 grams of whey protein a day now and about that much of water. Sometimes if I really work at it I can get in 100 oz of water but that is a really pushing day..i wonder if I put it down low for a couple of days then went back up it would work lol
I know the last time I saw you , you were looking very very good. You are going to be a knockout for sure. Is your husband a jealous man? He may get that way from the looks of you for sure.
POOH BEAR:::::: you don’t get on our nerves talking about you losing , I remember not long ago you weren’t losing because you weren’t getting enough protein and water because you weren’t chewing good enough and trying to eat too fast wasn’t it? Anyway that 6 pounds is going to go fast...will it and it will happen....
Hope you get your new jammies.... last year I bought myself about 7 pair of new cute size small p.js and I have about worn them out. The shirts are all stretched out from washing and drying so much. But that is because since the pants are flannel I wear them a lot in the house ..unless we are going somewhere I spend half the day in my p.js. lol cleaning and cooking . they are just so comfortable.

If it gets a little better in the south than it has been for the last little bit then we will probably be leaving arount the middle of the month. No certain date...We have to get where ever and get some of the long handles and get a new tire and then make sure all our bills are paid by our checking account so we don’t have to worry about if they are paid or not...I think I have everything but the water bill fixed up and have to get hold of them . they don’t want to do that so I will tell them it is either that or let us pay it all when we get back or pay it before lol ....
Yeah the pain is better than it was...my bones still hurt but not too bad. Then about the time I say that I go outside or something and it is so cold that it feels like the cold stabs my bones. That is the reason I need some really great long handles...i cant let that cold air get to my bones. Lol We are getting very anxious to get gone and have some fun with no cares lol
Have been looking as some cruises. Called our cruise agent about getting a good bargain to somewhere ...sometimes if you are ready to just jump and run you can get a good buy on one.... we will see. Doesn’t really matter to where as long as it is warm lol ....anyway..we will see.
Just got thru watching the HGTV tour of the house they give away every year...man that is one beautiful house. In California. ...sure would like to win that thing. Lol like I ever would.

Well Laura and I just got back from Walmart we went at 11 pm to make sure we got good deals whe they marked everything down to 75% of at midnight LOL. And we did. I got 3 pairs of really soft fuzzy jammies reg 18.98 for $4 something,2 very soft blanket throws reg $8 something for $1.50. Christmas ornaments for the tree reg $10 for $2.50.Also got Gail another yard blowup reg $70.00 for $14. and a few other things. Bought me 2x jammies figured they will shrink but i am thinking they are gonna be way to big but i am so used to buying 3 and 4 x it is hard to even think about much smaller. So hope they shrink lol.Or i'll be taking them up cuz they are to cute to not wear lol.
Who in their right mind goes to walmart at 11 pm.LOL
I haven't really felt good today.But wasn't gonna miss going. My belly has been hurting alot especially on the left side and i feel really bloated.Got sick this afternoon,threw up a lil and it was blood scared the dog pee outta me.But so far haven't done it again.
Well i better hit the hay .I wil see ya all later in the day LOL.

Jan your more then welcome to bring the laptop over on Saturday, im sure its just something that needs to be clicked or whatever, I'll sure have a look. Computers have a mind of their own sometimes lol. Tell Joe thanks for building the shelf for us, I'll get it from him today and get it painted on Saturday so he can install it when he gets time, its really gonna look so nice in the kitchen, its all starting to come together. Thanks also for having us over for lunch, that was SOOO good. I know sharing a that meal with us will bring us more good luck throughout the year, you both are such a blessing to us. Thank you!!

Oh Boy! I woke up at 2:00 a.m. wide awake! I will be tired at 2:00 p.m. I hate it when I get off like this! Oh well I thought I would get on and chat a bit with you...
Egads my hair is falling out!!! Noticed it about 10 days ago and didn't think much about it but now it is REALLY coming out... yesterday when I took a shower and got out I had loose hair all over! Now I knew this was going to happen just like I have known other things was going to happen.... but why does it still make me feel so bad... when the reality sets in about these things?
Oh well.... on to more positive things... The girls, Paul and I have been talking about taking a trip out to Colorado in May right after the girls graduate... we are thinking about, hiking, camping... tent and all... we are just starting to think about it... we wanted to go some place we could get to in a days drive.
I wanted to see how I would do with a more vigorous walk so I have the past two mornings walked down to the end of my road and turned right... there are two HUGE hills that way and boy does it get my heart to pounding! I know it is good for me... but it takes me so far away from my house... I will do that at least a few times a week... in preparation for the hiking this summer if we go. I would sure like to be in a size 14 by then... it's a goal to work for at least... that is about 5 months from now.... it will be interesting to see where I am by then... I have several clothes in that size that's why I chose it.
I have enjoyed the girls being here so much! We have had such a good time. We watched the John Adams T.V. series yesterday and it was real good... boy that's alot of hours to set at one time... but was a good story.
My washer is till in the shop so will have to go to the laundry mat today as soon as I get back from my walk. I hate that but it HAS to be done! ~ha
Pooh ~ Isn't it wonderful to get all those bargains! I will have to run into Wal~Mart this morning and see what bargains I can find? Enjoy those jammies! Say I'm concerned about your Dr. not listening to what all you told him... you sure might want to try someone else even though you like him... those sound like serious things to me. And I'm continuing to pray for Gail... boy sounds like you should REALLY try and get him to the doc too.
The girls and I are going to go visit my family on Monday... we are going to take them a new cake recipe that Crystal brought home... oh boy is it good! I could only have a taste but that taste was nearly heaven... it is a new version of German Chocolate cake but it has my all time favorite CREAM CHEESE in it! Oh my goodness if I had of had this recipe BEFORE surgery I would have had to lose another 20 lbs for sure! Anyway we are going to be making 4 of those and delivering them to all of my family. That will keep us busy a bit making all those....
I have 5 more recipes I want to make the girls before they go back and only 6 more days till Crystal leaves.... so I better keep on track... and the great thing is I've cooked now for two almost two weeks and have not gained a single lb! Oh GLORY!!! That's a FIRST for sure! I am going to be making them Maticotti, Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo, Ditch Dogs, the R.B. Rice casserole, and Crystal wanted a plain ole thick hamburger... so I will do that... that's alot of cooking in a short time... I better get with it! ~ha
And of coarse Paul and Crystal will be making cookies this weekend...
I think maybe Paul's brother will be stopping in with his rig (hauls alcohol for gas additive) to stay over night on Saturday so will have to think about that as well.
As always I know there are alot of needs the board and I am praying for each of you.
I'm thrilled about Andy starting the Bible reading each day... I have gotten out my One Year Bible and started reading... I love those Psalms and Proverbs... there is so much wisdom in those books... well in all of the scripture! I know everyone that undertakes to do this with us will look back at the end of the year and say how blessed you have been by it... God will see to that!
Well it's time to get Paul off to work I just heard the alarm go off so I better get off here and get his lunch and ready to walk... and get started on the day... have already had vits and shake today and it's only 5:30...and I've been up for 3.5 hours... goodness I'll be glad when I can sleep more than 4 hours at a time!

Good morning to all sure is cold again this morning they say it is going to be in the 60's again tomorrow then only in the 30's next week burrrr.i saw on the new's this morning where this group of people who belong to the polar bear club did their dip in the water for new year's day it was only 14 outside with a wind chill of -7 there sure is something wrong with them. the light's are on but no body is home lol.jan thank's to you for having andy and i over for dinner yesterday everything was soo good.tell joe thank;s also for building that cabinet to go by the dishwasher it does look good andy is going to paint it for me just like the cabient's are.
i am sure andy can fix your computer he is really good working on them.when we went into yesterday afternoon in forsyth just past macdonald's in a bank parking lot stood a deer he came out into the road and when we drove by he went back into the parking lot and just stood there.then when we got on our road about half way home there stood 4 deer on the edge of the road.
i am soo excited about my app today then on the 7 i have to go back to branson to see my doctor about my blood sugar some of my lab's we off and my blood sugar has been bouncing around so the doctor in columbia want's me to get all my blood work problem;s fixed here make sure my blood sugar is at a set rate and then i go to columbia on the 24 of feb and if everything is good with my lab's i should get a surgery date that day.
thank's to everyone for their suppport andy and i are getting soo excited.i better go take a shower now i dont want to be stinky for the doctor lol.we are praying for all the need's on the board have a good day god bless susan
Been in a funk all week and still don't feel too whippy. We stayed in all day yesterday and did absolutely nothing...which was nice. But at the same time I have SO much to do and that is when I usually feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start. So I need to make a list, and break it down into manageable parts....and then give myself permission to do it a little bit at a time. If I don't do it that way, I just won't do anything at all. Yep, I am a frustrated perfectionist...it's either perfect or not done. And it's ANOTHER thing I am working on. ;o) Slowly getting there...

Well my beautiful very spoilt daught just left with her daddy to go spend today and tomorrow with her Womb Mother.I have better names for her but i will be nice. Now i can set her and drive myself crazy with worry .she dosen'****ch her she lets her run. So i will be calling every hour to check on her and make sure her mother is home with her.Usually she has her then pulls the crap i got called into work.But we made it clear the only way nikki could go was if she was gonna be home with her.But of course she is a compulsive lier so ya never know when she is telling the truth.
I already am missing her.and thank goodness i got my xanax filled yesterday i gonna need em. Told Niki if she decides she wants to come homwe no matter how late or early to just call us and we will be there.I will be a house cleaning fool today just trying to keep my mind busy and not worry.
Yes Jan it was not long ago and i still try to eat to fast ,but for the past week no matter what i eat or drink it kills my tummy.But i know it will pass.{hopefully} LOL.
Speakig of bones mine are rebelling to all this cold. i have a pinched nerve in my neck which cause extreme pain in my left shoulder blade area. It is never below an 8 but most of the time a 10+.I have some cream called trixaicin that helps but sure does set yur back on fire.it is perscription. and when u take a shower next day it reactivates it and WOWZER does it heat up.but it heats deep in the shoulder area and does really help some.
The jammies i got are like long johns except one pair are fleece and look so warm.i'll be sleepin in them tonight after washing them LOL
I just had Gail take side veiw and back veiw had a front veiw but he didnt get it loaded. I'll put them on profile.Laura has pics of before surgery we took in July or 1st part of Aug she is looking for the cord that goes to puter so she download them. I personally still feel and to me i still look very fat even 68#s down.I hope someday that fat mentality will fade but we will see.

And Andy believe me i will have tons of questions .I can read and reread and still not figure it out sometimes.I guess everyone interrputs the bible differently but thats ok. Hopeing my bible study book comes in soon.They do have a bible study on how to read the bible in a year on the net but really want my own book.I can read from Matthew on in the new testement and do pretty good it is the old testement that dosent make alot of sense to me LOL.
I know yall might get tired of me talking about my brother,But in 17 days will be 2 years and it still seems like yesterday and is so hard to get through at this time of year. there are so many what ifs for me and i feel so quilty for not going over there the night before he died.I know it was gods will and he has our lives planned before we are even born but it still dosent make it any less hurtful.I better stop before i blubber all over the key board.

I swear this weather is going to drive me INSANE...Warm, cold, windy, cold.....argh, argh, argh *sigh*......I just want to go where its nice and the temp stays the same-even if it does rain now and again. I know I could be a really nice beach bum. Selling jewelry I make by the ocean.....Hmmmm. I know plenty of you are with me. Wonder what kind of deal we can make with an agent. We could do what they did on Blue Lagoon and make our fortress in the jungle. Im all over this idea!
I dont know about any of you other female peeps on here, but if I am gonna make my hubby wear one of those loin cloths, he is gonna have to get some sun on those chicken legs and buns! They are BRIGHT WHITE like a freaking light bulb!! LOL..... I just cant have him fanning me with a big elephant ear leaf, looking like he has never seen sun before-right? (any of you with me on this so far?) Sad part about that, is that I DO have an inground pool-and he will tan from the waist up-but never from the waist down, I dont get it!!!! Oh well, I guess you can always pay for a spray tan or buy that stuff in the bottle to splash all over him - HEY, ITS "MY" DREAM DAMMIT! TO each their own, but I want tanned legs and buns to look at while Im sipping my exotic drink with the little umbrella in it-and all while he is fanning me-and when I look over-I dont want to see pastey, ghostly white scary looking legs and buns....I want to see tanned-like we have been there forever.....LOL.... I know, how did I ever get off on that? See where my mind is today?
Well, I did have a nice list of stuff to do today, but Jon is not feeling good still-so I wont be doing that stuff today. Wont get out now till Mike gets home from work. Poor little guy-I know he HATES being down and not feeling himself. He isnt vommiting or having diarrhea or like that, but he is spiking a fever now and again and just is zapped of all energy. Which, those of you that know Jon, know that kid can run circles around even a seasoned athlete-LOL.... So, rather than chance him getting worse, Im gonna hang out for a bit and go tonite.
The vet is open until 7 pm, I have to go get Ms. Mollys flea pill. Its good for a month and is $15, vs. having a flea dip which ends up being $30 because even tho the dip stuff is only $5, they want you to pay 20 for the bath, then 5 each for doing her ears and her nails at the same time. I dont need that crap done, I do it myself! How disgusting is that! Anyway, this pill will start to kill the fleas after 20 min and within 2 hrs all will be dead and last for a whole month. YAY.....I havent been able to get a grip on them totally since I adopted her from the pound. We will be spraying the carpets and then the yard with 7 dust when its going to rain again too. What a job.
The ex HAS moved back! ARGH!!! He went and picked up Steph and her louse of a b-friend yesterday and they all spent the day together. YUCK....He lives in a very nice house in a very nice part of town-and had the money for all that, but couldnt even send his kids christmas cards or gifts. What did we expect from him anyway? At least when you dont expect it-you dont get disapointed, right?
Megans OB appt was this morning. She has lost 8# in 2 weeks. They said this is normal, ecspically since she is vertically challeneged, the baby is pressing on her tummy and makes her feel full OR not hungry alot. They werent concerned and said it was perfectly normal. She has one more appt in 2 weeks, and then she goes to weekly. One more ultrasound to go and they said that it will be sometime in Feb-unless they NEED to do it beforehand. They said they want to make it as close to the due date as possible, to make sure that everything is okay with the baby. That she isnt breach or anything like that. Cant wait to see the little gal again! They have decided to ask aunt Renee to come too-just in case she wont get the chance to see her own g-baby in an ultrasound. They want to share it with her too and feel bad that Kala and Lee are robbing her of this experience!!! Darn it!
Well, I am going to close and get dressed. Yeah, Im still being lazy and need to get that changed right now. Just feeling blah today. Hurting like no ones business and just want to crawl back into bed and sleep, sleep, sleep....I have been waking up a lot during the night and then wanting to sleep till 10...thats NOT going to work! LOL....So need to discipline myself and get back on track.
