Question...
Ok Im still having a little trouble getting protein in....doing better but not close to the 60-70 grams. Usually around the 30-40 if Im lucky.
Doing better on water, still not getting it all but really making an effort to get more each day, grape cool-aid SF right now is my best friend...lol anyway. On my protein shakes, can I use frozen fruit? I know Jan that you do, but with me being 3 wks out, I didnt know if that would be a good idea. Im eatting cheese and eggs and bean ok but sometimes they just dont sit well. Other than that a little short on different things to do. I feel great but I dont want to have a problem when I go to dr.H on the 13.
Anyway any suggestions will be welcome....

im not real sure about the frozen fruit for you right now. do you have your white book that they gave you? look in it is should tell you where you are and what you can have ok>? I think they have changed some stuff since i had surgery....
you arent doing too bad for just 3 weeks out. it takes everyone a while to start getting things going right.....well most of us lol
think the reason i did pretty good on the protein drinks was because i couldnt tolerate eggs and stuff at 3 weeks. it just felt like a lead balloone to me....you might try shaking some protein mix into your koolade...
