Tim  can i ask you how much protein you get in a day, and i mean  protein powder or drinks. you being a guy probably need at least80grams of 100% predigested whey protein...also water you probably need more than you get in....im not trying to tell you what to do but these are the things that might help you to be successful ....and exercise. at lest 30 mins every day ,

how much weight have you lost now? you said your weight but not how much you had lost....keep on working it will work if you follow the rules...

Tim;

Think back and was there a time that you were at this weight for a while? Sometimes our bodies get confused and think "Hey is this were I need to be" and if you keep doing what your suppose to do you will move the scale again. Have faith and hang in there!

I am a newbie but I have had a four week stall already. I just had to wait it out. I know how you feel. Just believe it will happen and try to think positive.
