Needing some help please.
Hello to all. My name is Sarah and im trying to have wls. I am going to the seminar at bothwell on Jan 4th to learn bout the different types of surgies and all. But i was wondering if any knows if i might have a chance or any tricks in getting my surgery passed through my insurance. it is cigna open access. i heard both good and bad things. if anyone has any suggestions that would be great or if you think its not worth my time let me know. Sarah i have no idea about your insuranse, Margie, dr Hs wife and nurse probably could tell you more on that.

I would like to say that I too, had an insurance that wouldnt or would, depending on this or that-and I would like to say-DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! We just had one of our girls, who saw Dr. H, get hers approved after a couple of yrs of being denied....its because Dr. H and Margie (his nurse, but also his wife) get to know their pts one on one AND they WILL go above and beyond to get you APPROVED!
I will personally say some extra prayers for you-this will change your life! I had to wait for over a yr with all my denials and then another 6 mos while I did testing and such, but I would do it all over again! Now they arent doing anything like what we had to go through-so I pray SMOOTH SAILING and APPROVAL for you! Good luck and please come back and keep us posted!
