scales are moving

yippee the scales are moving. I have lost four pounds this week. Just when I was giving up hope it started moving. I hope it continues for a while. I am so close to onederland I can almost taste it. I don't even care if I have nothing to wear that fits. I will wear baggy clothes just let the pounds go away forever.Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement.

so glad the scale is moving,....mine stalled out many many times i still dont know how i got down to where i am because i was always in a stall.   as long as you keep doing all that you are suppose to do , including some form of exercise...you will lose.  im so happy that you are happy....congradulations wont be long till you are down where you want to be.

Hey beautiful, when are we going to get a new picture so everyone can see what you really look like...???? I cant wait for you to hit onederland cause it is such a great "WOW" moment. I am so happy for you and was so sad for you when you sounded so discouraged about stalling. Beleive me weve all been there and done that. But we all have also kept losing....did you ever measure? That is so important because in those stalls is when you seem to lose soo much in inches.

I have some clothes that might work for you. What size are you needing right now do you know? I have a basket full of things but Im not sure what size they are. I will look and you let me know and I can maybe mail some things to you. OKAY???

Wow  CoNgrads girl See we told you they would move those stall get old but they come and go thats just the way it is.
