anti-inflamitory meds?

What can we take for inflamation?  I know we cannot have Ibuprofin.  I had some piercings done on my ears on a not so "norm" place and they are so swollen and hurt but I don't know what we can take.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

clean your ears with alchol and then use triple antibotic ointment on them...you can take tylenol for the pain ....but keeping the ears really clean like 3 or 4 tiimes a day should help but if you dont notice an impruvment in a couple 3 days you need to get to your doctor. they could give you blood posioning if your not careful...ok....dont mean to scare you , well yeah i do too....take care of those ears....please.

Thanks Jan,  However we are not supposed to use alcohol or peroxide on peircings.  I called my other piercer and he thinks I got them infected from touching them.  So I started some antibiotics today.
